Once again, The New York Times has shown that it is no longer a reliable news source. It is simply a platform for liberal propaganda. Goebbels would be proud.
In an opinion piece covering the horrific attack on congressional Republicans yesterday, this bastion of liberal criers made it perfectly clear who they blame. Anyone but a socialist democrat.
That’s right. The discussion didn’t center around the Bernie-supporting gunman who had been incited to violence by sources such as themselves. The author didn’t consider the rhetoric used by liberals, the offensive images showing the death of President Trump, or Mrs. Clinton’s announcement that she was now part of the “Resistance” as a possible means of motivation.
Rather, the New York Times saw the event as a perfect opportunity to malign Sarah Palin. They shamelessly reported that the 2011 shooting attack on Gabby Giffords was precipitated by a map generated by Palin’s political action committee.
Distracting attention from the real instigators, the piece blatantly stated that, in the case of the Giffords shooting, the “link to political incitement was clear.” That is completely false.
There is absolutely zero evidence that Jared Lee Loughner opened fire on Giffords because of the electoral map.
The article went on to compare yesterday’s violence with the attack six years ago, saying that for this episode “there’s no sign of incitement as direct as in the Giffords case.”
Violence against conservatives has exploded around the country since President’s Trump election. Reporters, television hosts, and washed up female comedians have all encouraged the vicious passions of deranged liberals. Then they act shocked by the results.
Yesterday’s attack was carried out by an individual determined to kill Republican House representatives. It’s believed that his actions would have massacred everyone at batting practice had it not been for Steve Scalise’s presence. His Capitol Hill security detail returned fire and saved the lives of everyone present.
The media, along with the Times, continue to spur the hatred and ignorance of supporters who deny the election results. The rhetoric has generated heightened attacks on conservatives.
Assaults have taken place by masked, armed liberals around the country. Military-like organizations have popped up all over, preventing free-speech and peaceable assembly. Using intimidation tactics, these groups threaten conservatives who exercise their constitutional rights.
Hospitalizations don’t warrant major media coverage when they happen to regular citizens, though.
The attack on congressional Republicans yesterday was perpetrated by a socialist activist. There’s no doubt that his dissatisfaction was encouraged by propaganda like the Times piece. However, major news networks were extremely slow to broadcast the liberal shooter’s political views. Information that was known within minutes of the attack was deliberately suppressed.
In another Times article, the author compares yesterday’s attack with those on abortion clinics in the past. The writers aren’t uninformed idiots who don’t care about the facts. They are liberals who only care about the way the facts can be twisted for their propaganda.
The Times won’t change though. They obviously believe that their readers are ignorant and easily manipulated.
In the story that connects the Giffords shooting with the attempted assassination of Republicans yesterday, the Times showed how completely they disregard the truth. Loughner, a schizophrenic, was psychologically disturbed. The only argument that Hodgkinson is mentally unbalanced is the fact that he supports socialism.
In the attempt to cast aspersions on Sarah Palin yet again, the New York Times article is chock full of lies and condescension. This bastion of liberal lunacy makes regular “fake news” sources seem honest and legit.
The story laughably instructs readers that “liberals should… hold themselves to the same standard of decency that they ask of the right.”
Most people agree with that sentiment and sincerely wish that they would.
