Trump’s Path To Victory: How A Contingency Election In Congress Could Work

Many people believe that the president is trusting Congress to do the right thing, but if they fail to acknowledge the election rig, he has his back up plan ready.

God help us. (Source: WRTV YouTube Screenshot)

After China Mitch McConnell came out yesterday with his back-stabbing, communist-loving, freedom-hating submission to his Chinese masters, many people wonder just what a contingency election would look like in Congress, thanks to real conservatives sending dueling electors to Capitol Hill.

A few legal experts explain how this will work… and that means that every God-fearing, freedom-loving patriot must continue to pray unceasingly until January 20. Of course, January 6 is the deadline for the Electoral College, so many people hope that this contingency election will succeed and the president won’t have to utilize the E.O. option.

Essentially, it’s going to boil down to the party lines in the Senate, and Vice President Mike Pence.

100 Percent Fed Up explained:

It’s hard to imagine good and honest Americans will prevail in their efforts to defeat decades of dirty, organized voter fraud in America. In one brilliant, heartfelt explanation, Michigan patriot Matt Sealy has given Trump supporters some very good reasons to keep hope alive.

In spite of the many setbacks by unfair court rulings and pushback from the media, Democrats, and RINOs, President Trump still has several paths to victory.

Watch Matt Sealy explain:

The Electoral College votes were sealed and sent by special carrier to Washington, where they will remain sealed until January 6th when the House and Senate will come into a joint session to open the votes. The media is going to make you believe that it’s all over, and Joe Biden is now officially president.

On January 6th, Nancy Pelosi will sit down with the rest of the House members as she has no special power or authority over the hearing… Vice President Mike Pence will have all the authority as president of the Senate for that day and will accept or reject motions to decide the next steps by the assembly.

Remember… Mike Pence is in full authority that day as written in the Constitution. The ballots will be certified today, but that means nothing.

The votes will be opened, and at that point, one House member could, and most likely will, raise their hand to object to the Vice President on the state of elector’s votes. That objection could cover fraud or any other reason, and with the seconding of that objection, everything changes. Everything!!

The House and Senate will divide for two hours (at least) to debate, then vote. The vote will be per Senator, with the Vice President being the deciding vote if needed in the Senate, while the vote in the House will only be ONE vote per delegation, per state, not per House member!!! The Republicans have 30 delegation votes compared to the Democrats with 20 delegation votes.

President Trump is trying to do the right thing and go through the courts first, expose all the fraud, but we all knew that none of the courts, even the Supreme Court wanted to touch this issue with a 10-ft pole!

This is why our forefathers were so brilliant because they knew something like this could happen someday. So, don’t listen to the media and all their deception and lies. All you have to do is read the Constitution, and you know that the law, policies, and procedures, in the end, are on our side.

The National File went into a little more depth:

According to Ivan Raiklin, on January 6, when the Congress enters into a joint session, under which Pence presides, states’ Electoral College votes will begin being counted in alphabetical order.

When Arizona is reached, a sitting U.S. Representative, likely Rep. Mo Brooks (R-AL), who has already indicated he will do this, is able to object. If a sitting U.S. Senator agrees, with experts suggesting Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX), Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY), or Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI) are all likely candidates, then the objection has met the “legal minimum requirement” and will be noted.

At this point, the U.S. Senate will break off from the joint session to deliberate on the objection and determine whether to accept the slate from Arizona. The Senate, which will ostensibly still be held by a Republican majority on January 6, can then choose along party lines not to accept the electoral slate from Arizona.

[That’s a big IF, considering McConnell’s desertion.]

Meanwhile, the House, led by Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), will accept the original electors from Arizona. Pence would then serve as the tie breaking vote, refusing to accept the original Arizona electors.

This process could continue for every contested state, until neither President Trump nor Joe Biden have secured the requisite number of electoral votes.

#ThePlan Dec 14 AM Update

Projected, Worst case scenario, 12th Amendment States Delegations Contingent Election:

House Vote:
Trump 27 (R)
Biden 20 (D)
3 No Vote (due to States delegations ties in PA, MI, MN)

Senate Vote:
Pence 52 (R)
Biden 48 (D)#WeThePeople #12A @GenFlynn pic.twitter.com/bc62RDbLEy

One likely scenario is for Congress to eventually confirm 232 electoral votes for President Trump, and 227 for Biden. At this point, says Raiklin, the 12th Amendment comes into play, as a contingent election in the House of Representatives will be required to determine the next president.

“In choosing the president, votes shall be taken by states,” said Raiklin. “Meaning each state has one vote for president.”

While the House of Representatives has more representatives based on population, there are currently 27 states that have sent Republican representatives to the House, and 20 states that have sent Democratic representatives to the House. Three states have an even split.

In a contingent election, Republican states would then vote for President Trump, with Democrat states voting for Biden. President Trump would likely win this scenario by 7 states.

While this scenario may seem unlikely, Raiklin points out that there is evidence this process is already underway in the U.S. Senate.

Based on @GOPLeader interview last night on @JudgeJeanine , looks like He is giving clear signals that the Joint Intel Committee hearing on Dec 21-23 will have @SpeakerPelosi @AdamSchiff And @RepSwalwell testifying. Co-Chairs @marcorubio and @DevinNunes will get to the truth! pic.twitter.com/zPHVpi6BDa

Raiklin notes, however, that “Pelosi could try to block the Joint Hearing & kick senate out to prevent Pence from Presiding” in a naked display of partisanship.

Given her pervious behavior, this is likely. However, there is still the nuclear option of the Executive Order.

The bottom line… President Trump has the power to stop the Republic from destruction. Many people believe that he is waiting for Congress to act constitutionally, and correct the rig… but if not, he’s ready to take command.
