Trump Threatens Historic “Hit” As Spygate Leverage Explained

The president sat down with the New York Post and explained the spygate document leverage he has and why democrats are freakishly terrified of it.

Trump was cleared by the Michael Cohen plea, despite what the media is saying.

President Trump told reporters with the New York Post yesterday that if House Democrats launched probes into his administration, which he rightly termed, “presidential harassment,” they better get ready to start picking teeth off the floor.

“If they go down the presidential harassment track, if they want go and harass the president and the administration, I think that would be the best thing that would happen to me. I’m a counter-puncher and I will hit them so hard they’d never been hit like that,” President Trump stated.

Many people, even some conservatives, believe that Trump selfishly backtracked on making the documents public a few months ago, but others understand that the commander in chief is a shrewd negotiator, and the explanation he gave for holding off on the declassification is brilliant… it’s leverage worth its weight in gold.

Without mincing words, Trump flat out said he could declassify FISA warrant applications and other documents from Robert Mueller’s witch hunt at any time, and the disclosure would expose the FBI, the Justice Department, Obama and Hillary as a team of vipers who illegally used all power within their means to set him up.

The president explained that he would use the spygate documents as leverage.

“I think that would help my campaign. If they want to play tough, I will do it. They will see how devastating those pages are.”

“It’s much more powerful if I do it then,” Trump said, “because if we had done it already, it would already be yesterday’s news.”

Many people wonder why that seems so important, but it’s crucial to understand that Trump is not a politician.

He’s a man on a mission who knows economic security equals American security, and will use that leverage to make America great in spite of the slurs, accusations, fake news stories, and other crapola that is heaped on him daily.

Democrats think their House majority will allow them to finish Trump off… but they’ve got another think coming.

This weaponization of U.S. law enforcement, classified information, and other activity could completely destroy the left.

“The documents include Justice officials’ request to surveil Trump campaign adviser Carter Page and memos on DOJ official Bruce Ohr’s interactions with Christopher Steele, the author of a controversial dossier that alleged Trump ties with Russia.”

Conservative Treehouse comments on the impact perfectly:

“President Trump has fifty years of business skills in various predatory and adversarial financial deals. Leverage, or the ability to force an opponent to take an action that benefits your position, is the most valuable weapon in deals; business or politics the same is true.

This type of leverage is extremely valuable and it’s not just against Democrats, Obama and the Never Trump alliance (ie. Sea Island group). President Trump is in a fight against multiple enemies from all sides, across all aisles and political alignments. The declassification leverage is like an atomic hammer that strikes everyone in a 360° blast radius.

And it is not limited to domestic adversaries. This leverage has a geopolitical value.

Think about geopolitical trade deals with Five-Eyes allies. Think about how President Trump may need an ally to take a position adverse to their preferred interests. The potential for declassification of intelligence documents showing complicit corruption within the U.K. and Australia could destroy politicians external to the U.S.

Think about an ally being asked to take a position on China (trade), Iran (sanctions), Russia (energy), etc.  Movement on any of these geopolitical issues, and many more, can be tilted -in part- based on the threat of sunlight or declassification. Leverage is a tool.

Getting particular democrats to support the USMCA; what’s that worth?

Getting a southern border wall and sensible immigration law; what’s that worth?”

Could be worth a whole lot.

The president explained why he didn’t declassify the scandal documents earlier this year. His lawyer Emmet Flood counseled him to wait.

“He didn’t want me to do it yet, because I can save it,” Trump said.

Saving it for later, “It’s much more powerful if I do it then,” Trump said, “because if we had done it already, it would already be yesterday’s news.”

He’s absolutely right.

Democrats and other globalists seem to forget that Trump is not a weak, namby-pamby, say-anything politician. His ‘reputation’ has already been besmirched in by the leftist media who previously loved him, but it seems clear that it doesn’t bother him.

More and more people agree that it was a divine gift to every liberty loving person in America when he decided to run for office and became the target of every power-hungry, evil liberal in Washington and the world… and they Thank God for it.

With this hanging over them, many people don’t expect democrats to do a dang thing once they’re in control of the House… other than just wait around for 2020.
