Dems Last Ditch Effort

Thousands Of Mail-In Ballots ‘Not Counted’ As Florida Democrats Plead

Judge Walker has said that the counties have a right to create time laws for counting votes, so it looks like this last ditch effort will fail like the others.

Florida democrats are still trying to take the wins from the GOP in court, but the effort is failing fast.

The Florida Department of State informed Federal Judge Mark Walker last week that 6,670 mail in ballots weren’t counted, despite the fact that they were postmarked on time.

Apparently, these votes were delivered to the election offices too late to be included in the tallies, although in previous lawsuits, the time to fix ballots was extended.

“The tally prepared by state officials includes totals from 65 of Florida’s 67 counties. The two counties yet to report their totals are Palm Beach, a Democratic stronghold in south Florida, and Polk in central Florida.”

The state wide recount was mandated in three races, but in only one, agricultural commissioner, was a democrat declared the winner.

In that contest, Democrat Nikki Fried won by 6,753 votes. Republican Gov. Rick Scott beat incumbent Bill Nelson by slightly more than 10,000 votes for Senator.

U.S. District Judge Mark Walker told complainers that the time restriction for mail in ballots was reasonable, and turned down an emergency request that all of these ballots be counted.

“The lawsuit, however, is still pending and Walker asked that state election officials report how many ballots were mailed before Election Day but ultimately were not counted.”

Walker previously presided over a half-dozen lawsuits surrounding the Florida elections in 2018.

“In a separate lawsuit filed last month, Walker gave voters extra time to fix their mail-in ballots if they were not counted because their signature on their ballot envelope did not match the one on file with local election officials.”

In what appears to many people as complete and utter chaos, Florida’s election system seems due for a massive overhaul… but only if conservatives conduct it.

Democrats successfully thwarted the will of voters in both California and Maine, where ‘ranked voting’ erased the GOP win and installed a democrat instead.

Such legal methods of overthrowing the democratic will of the people is outrageously wrong, many people argue, and creates a system more resembling communism, where the person placed in power is dictated by a scant few.

In Maine, for example, the democrat secretary of state has refused to allow the rank voting ‘algorithm’ to be examined by anyone.

Such antics seems sickening, and many people are praying that the push to steal liberty from United States citizens is stopped somehow.
