Adult film star Stormy Daniels‘ husband was granted a restraining order against her less than a week after he filed for divorce. According to The Daily Beast, Glendon Crain alleges that Daniels, who claims she had an affair with President Donald Trump more than a decade ago, had their young daughter around several adult film stars.
In his lawsuit, Crain also claims that Daniels committed adultery. The bombshell lawsuit comes less than a month after Daniels was arrested in a sting operation at a strip club in Ohio, where she was placed in handcuffs after shoving an officer’s head into her breasts while performing on stage. All of this considered, Daniels media-friendly lawyer, Michael Avenatti, is asking everyone to respect his clients privacy.
My client Stormy Daniels and her husband Glen have decided to end their marriage. A petition for divorce was filed last week, the accuracy of which is vehemently disputed. Stormy’s daughter remains her number one priority. She kindly asks for privacy for the sake of her family.

Quite remarkable that a woman who works in the adult film industry, is currently on tour performing at strip clubs across the country, and was arrested earlier this month is asking for “privacy.”
Crain, who married Daniels in 2015, is seeking full custody of their daughter, child support, and wants a judge to prohibit all performers in the adult entertainment industry from being able to come near their daughter.
Last week, a judge granted Crain’s request for a temporary restraining order, which requires Daniels’ visits with their daughter to be supervised by a court-appointed counselor. The order also granted Crain full access to their home and vehicles, meaning Daniels is not allowed to access them while the restraining order is in effect.
Crain states in his affidavit that Daniels asked if she could bring their daughter on her strip tour across the country.
“She has purchased a ticket for my child … to fly out on July 20, 2018, and join Respondent on tour. This will involve the child being on her tour bus with other adult performers and producers,” Crain stated in the affidavit.
“This will place my child in eminent threat of serious and immediate physical or emotional harm,” he concluded.
Court records show that Daniels did purchase a ticket for their daughter, and likely would have tried to bring a 7-year-old with her on a strip tour with adult film performers.
As detailed by Conservative Daily Post, Daniels is locked in a court battle with Michael Cohen, Trump’s former personal attorney. The case involves the nondisclosure agreement between Cohen and Daniels as well as the $130,000 payment he made to her in 2016 as part of the deal.
Daniels claims that she had an affair with Trump in 2006, but Trump has vehemently denied the claim. She is suing so she can legally speak out about the alleged affair and break her nondisclosure.
While Avenatti has done his best to portray Daniels as the victim, recent developments have unearthed many explosive details about the adult film star that were previously unknown.
Battling a divorce, being accused of adultery, on the verge of losing custody of her daughter, and being arrested two weeks ago for accosting a police officer is not a good look. Details about Daniels’ messy divorce and her character could play a big role in her case against Trump and Cohen.
