JUST IN:Section Eight Shows Flynn “Covert Activities” In Mueller Witch Hunt “Cooperation”

The Conservative Daily Post has covered in great depth the reasoning behind former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn helping the with the F.B.I.’s baseless pursuit of President Donald Trump. It was predicted long, long ago that Flynn would say that the moon was made out of scented green cheese in order to keep both he and his son out of prison.  As the left’s version of events withers like a paper airplane left in a rainstorm, it seems that the fired adviser is the only life raft that they have to cling to.

The Guardian reports that “section eight of the deal reached by Donald Trump’s former national security adviser in the inquiry into Russian meddling in the US election” is called, “cooperation.” A bit of digging into the wording of the deal says that this “may include … participating in covert law enforcement activities” beyond just answering questions in this witch hunt!

Let us take a look at this. What we have is the government saying, “We want it to be said that Flynn knew about the Russian scandal, even though proof seems to say that it never did. So, Mr. Flynn, you will claim that it is so and that Trump knew about your illegal activities or you go to jail with your son.”

Flannery (pictured) has said that a wire may have been worn by Gen. Flynn.

What does anyone think that Flynn will do? He is going to lie, of course, if he has to. This whole mess has to do with a deal that Flynn was trying to concoct with Russia and other nations regarding nuclear power plant construction. Trump had nothing to do with it and it had nothing to do with the election.

Some have said that Flynn could have been asked to wear a wire, but no one knows if he has done that at any time. The wording of section eight does allow for that, according to experts.

Former federal prosecutor John Flannery said, “If the other subjects of investigation have had any conversations with Flynn during the last few months, that phrase must have all of them shaking in their boots.”

He also opines that “The one who must be particularly terrified is [Trump son-in-law and adviser] Jared Kushner, if he spoke to the special counsel’s office without immunity about the very matter that is the subject of Flynn’s plea. I think he must be paralyzed if he talked to Flynn before or after the investigators debriefed him.

However, why should Jared Kushner be worried? Flannery is assuming that the Trump’s have something to hide and there is NO proof of that whatsoever.

If anyone had given a testimony that differs from what they said to Flynn (assuming that he was wired) in private, that could be a problem that “puts the fear of God” into the liar, according to Flannery.

The fact that Flynn is seeing such a drastic reduction from the five years in prison and $250,000 fine that he should pay for what he and his son did, it does not take Sherlock Holmes to deduce why the disgraced advisor is singing like a mourning dove now.

It only remains to be seen if the voters will be gullible enough to not see why.
