SCOTUS Sanctions Election Rigging Again: Supreme Court Refuses To Follow Constitution

By ignoring these constitutional violations, the high court has essentially given the ok for election rigs.

The Supreme Court, yet again, protected democrats’ ability to cheat and rig elections in the United States, ignoring constitutional violations. Perhaps they think it will protect their lofty positions with the left? Think again.

Citizen Free Press reported:

The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday brought an end to another lawsuit related to the Nov. 3 presidential election field by a Republican former congressional candidate who had challenged the extension of Pennsylvania’s deadline to receive mail-in ballots.

The justices, in a brief order, decided that the dispute was moot. They threw out a Nov. 13 decision by the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Philadelphia that found the candidate, Jim Bognet, as well as four individual voters, did not have legal standing to challenge the ballot deadline extension.

Bognet, who lost his race for a seat in the U.S. House of Representatives to Democrat rival Matt Cartwright, and the voters had filed the suit before the election, challenging a Sept. 17 ruling by Pennsylvania’s top court ordering officials to count mail-in ballots that were postmarked by Election Day and received up to three days later.

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court sided with the state’s Democrat Party and various Democrat officials and candidates who argued that an Election Day mail-in ballot receipt deadline would violate the state constitution’s guarantee of “free and equal” elections given the pandemic and warnings by the U.S. Postal Service over its ability to deliver ballots in time.

The Gateway Pundit added:

In another outrageous move, the US Supreme Court decided not to hear a Pennsylvania case brought by the Republicans and the Trump Administration.

Yahoo News reported:

The Supreme Court won’t take an appeal by Pennsylvania Republicans claiming that the state’s secretary of state exceeded its authority when expanding deadlines for mail-in ballots last year due to the pandemic, according to NBC News.

Why it matters: This is another refusal by the Supreme Court to take up litigation regarding the 2020 presidential election, despite the efforts of GOP leaders and supporters of former President Trump to push baseless claims of voter fraud.

Only three of the court’s conservative judges dissented.

We reported in February how the state of Pennsylvania is officially a Banana Republic. It really can’t get more corrupt.
