The class action claims that protecting the border from the invasion force is a violation of the invaders’ ‘constitutional rights’ under the Fifth Amendment (due process).
Twelve Honduran nationals, including six children, are listed as plaintiffs in the lawsuit, but the groups responsible for representing the ‘asylum seekers’ are immigration ‘advocates’ located in Georgia. Many people wonder how they contacted the so-called migrants.
The ridiculous legal action was filed Thursday in the U.S. District Court in Washington, D.C.
It stated that Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador are “undergoing a well-documented human rights crisis.”
It fantastically argues that the president cannot stop asylum-seekers by employing the military, and criticized the president’s alleged attempt at stoking “fear and hysteria” by claiming that criminals and gang members have joined the caravan.
Of course, a number of reports have confirmed that fact.
“Federal law enables migrants to apply for asylum in the United States. President Trump and his administration have used ‘increased enforcement,’ like separating families and lengthening detention to violate migrant rights,” Mike Donovan, president of Nexus Services, said.
The group also claims the U.S. cannot send troops into Mexico to cut off the caravan.
Immigrants seeking asylum must be referred for a “credible fear interview,” where an asylum officer can determine if the invader has a “credible fear of persecution,” the lawsuit said.
However, many people point to the fact that this lawsuit is simply trying to protect an armed force of people who think that it’s their right to leech off American taxpayers… orchestrated by leftists who want that very thing.
More than ever, many voters realize just how crucial it is to vote for legislators who will change unjust laws that make American citizens the victims of any group of people who decide to invade the country.
