It seems like Michael Avenatti might have been right. Democrat voters seem to prefer a white man in the 2020 election.
Despite the fact that the declared 2020 candidates running for the democrat nomination is filled with women and diversity, more than half of primary voters prefer two white men who haven’t even entered the race.
Rounding out the top five were Sen. Kamala Harris, who most mainstream media outlets refer to as the front-runner, at 13 percent, Sen. Elizabeth Warren, who has garnered eight percent, and former Rep. Beto O’Rourke who has collected seven percent.
“Sanders will be 79 years old on Election Day in 2020, and Biden will be almost 78.”
O’Rourke has reportedly been considering a run, but he hasn’t filed any of the paperwork required or even commissioned an exploratory committee.
The numbers are even more telling for Democrat voters in the early-primary states of Iowa, New Hampshire, Nevada and South Carolina.
There, Biden leads with 33 percent, followed by Sanders 21 percent, Harris has 11 percent, while Warren with 10 and Cory Booker with a meager six percent round out the pack
“The Democratic primary field includes multiple women for the first time, including Harris, Warren, Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D., N.Y.) and Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D., Minn.). It also has several minority candidates: Harris and Booker are African American, and former Obama administration official Julián Castro is Hispanic.”
But, perhaps these polls indicate that racism still plays a prominent role for most democrat voters?
Biden garnered a whopping 78 percent favorability and Sanders earned 72 percent, making them by far the most well-liked in the poll. Perhaps kindergartners being too young to resist doesn’t disgust Dems? Or maybe arranging a hit squad against opponents is also ‘no biggie’?
Bottom line: Democrats have no one with the sort of resonating quality Donald Trump has, and there is one reason for it.
Donald Trump is a real person, all these others are professional politicians.
