Pelosi Vows To ”Avenge” Obama In Bizarre Fundraising Email

“But I’m determined to avenge President Obama if it’s the last thing I do.”

Pelosi vows to avenge Obama.

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi vowed to “avenge” former President Barack Obama in a peculiar fundraising email, saying she will do everything in her power to make GOP “pay” for what they “stole” from Obama, which means his imaginary SCOTUS pick. She also vowed to oppose President Donald Trump‘s pick for the Supreme Court.

As noted by The Daily Caller, the Democratic Congressional Campaign sent out an angry email on Monday night under Pelosi’s name that said she will get revenge on Republicans “if it’s the last thing I do.” After begging for money falsely claiming the seat was stolen — it wasn’t, voters made it clear they wanted Trump to fill the seat — Pelosi said Democrats will oppose  Brett Kavanaugh, the president’s nominee to replace Senior Justice Anthony Kennedy, who announced he will be retiring at the end of this month.

In her bizarre email, Pelosi claimed that GOP advertisements to promote Kavanaugh will “eviscerate our chance to make Republicans pay for the Supreme Court seat they STOLE from President Obama.”

“But I’m determined to avenge President Obama if it’s the last thing I do,” she wrote before begging supporters to donate money to help Democrats block Trump’s pick.

There is a slew of issues with Pelosi’s desperate pleas for help, starting the simple fact that the Senate votes to confirm Supreme Court nominees, not the House of Representatives. Why is the House leader vowing to block a nominee when she literally has zero power to do so?

Secondly, Pelosi falsely claimed that she was going to make Republicans “pay” because they “stole” a SCOTUS seat from Obama.

In 2016, when Obama was a lame duck president, he nominated Judge Merrick Garland to fill the seat for the late Justice Antonin Scalia, who passed away in 2015 after suffering from a heart attack.

Senate Republicans refused to hold confirmation hearings on Garland because Obama should not have been allowed to nominate someone for the highest court during a lame duck year and the presidential election. Many agreed that the winner of the 2016 presidential election should be able to nominate someone to fill the vacancy… because that is the law.

If democrats were worried about the SCOTUS pick, they just needed to vote in the 2016 election.

At the time, Democrats had no problem with the SCOTUS vacancy being a big issue in the election. But Trump won, and got Justice Neil Gorsuch nominated onto the High Court.

As such, the Left is losing their minds over Trump getting the chance to nominate the second justice in less than two years.

Pelosi has every right to spread fake news, cry, and beg for money in emails to supporters — but there’s nothing Democrats can do to stop Republicans and Trump. The GOP controls a 51-49 majority in the Senate, meaning they need 50 votes to approve Kavanaugh.

With Red state Democrats likely voting in favor of the nominee, Kavanaugh should easily be confirmed before the midterm elections in November.

While Pelosi, Obama, and other deranged liberals hate Kavanaugh — for no reason other than he was selected by Trump — just about every Republican has already said they will support the president’s nominee.
