In what many people are considering a disgusting and ignorant form of fear mongering, yesterday Oprah Winfrey endorsed Stacey Abrams, the radical and scandal-plagued democrat candidate for Governor of Georgia.
The talk show host invoked the ‘lynching’ and ‘sacrifices’ people in Georgia had previously endured during an appearance at the Cobb Civic Center Jennie T. Anderson Theatre… but she conveniently forgot one major point.
That violence and hate was spawned and carried out by the Democrat Party.
In fact, many people have speculated that she was recalling the democrat violence as a threat. Was she saying that like the democrats of old, if voters don’t support them they will rise up and lynch again?
During the Thursday speech in the Republican-leaning suburbs of Atlanta, Georgia, Winfrey asked voters to ‘make history’ by backing Stacey Abrams, who burned the Georgia flag on the capitol steps years before.
Abrams has been hounded by suspicious behavior during her campaign. She apparently racked up huge credit card debt, but then the ‘college-educated’ candidate claimed she ‘didn’t know how credit cards worked.’
Also, she has refused to disclose donors responsible for millions of dollars in gifts and is silent about where the money actually went.
The far leftist also claimed that illegals would be part of the so-called blue wave.
However, voters in Georgia are supposed to forget all that and remember ‘sacrifices’ made by people who actually fought democrats for their Civil Rights.
The entire argument seemed ignorant in the extreme.
Winfrey praised Abrams as a “change-maker” who represents the values of Georgians.
“I paid to come here myself, and I approved this message,” Winfrey said, claiming that she tracked down Abrams’ cell phone number and to offer assistance for the campaign.
“I’m here today because of the men and because of the women who were lynched, who were humiliated, who were discriminated against, who were suppressed, who were repressed and oppressed,” Winfrey spouted. “I refuse to let their sacrifices be in vain.”
Winfrey apparently forgot that those who were lynched, humiliated, and discriminated against were victims of democrats.
She apparently forgot that democrats fought the Civil Rights movement, and that republicans like Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. were the champions of actual change.
Winfrey apparently thinks that her opinion is enough to influence people in Georgia using incorrect, race-baiting.
As one of the most wealthy, insulated, and distanced people in America, Winfrey apparently thought that she could reach people with whom she has absolutely nothing in common.
Vice President Mike Pence also stumped for Abrams opponent Brian Kemp earlier in the day, and President Trump plans to be in Georgia during the weekend.
