New York’s Attorney General Sues Trump Foundation For Alleged Wrongdoing

New York's liberal AG filed a lawsuit against the Trump Foundation, President Donald Trump and members of his family.

Underwood is suing the Trump Foundation and family for a tv commercial.

The New York Attorney General’s office announced on Thursday that it had filed a lawsuit against the Trump Foundation, President Donald Trump, Donald Trump Jr., Ivanka Trump, and Eric Trump, according to The New York Times. The president has already blasted disgraced former AG Democrat Eric Schneiderman and his liberal ‘disciples’ for leading another witch hunt.

Democratic Attorney General Barbara Underwood claims the foundation was used as a “personal piggy bank” for Trump’s business dealings, legal bills, and presidential campaign. Underwood states in the lawsuit that she wants the foundation dissolved and millions in restitution. This is another pathetic attempt from desperate liberals to attack the president and steal money in order to pay for their failing leftist policies.

The lawsuit claims Trump promoted the foundation on television in Jan. 2016, during the presidential election, to raise money for his campaign. The suit asserts that Trump allowed campaign staffers to funnel the money from the foundation into items for the campaign.

Trump immediately fired back at Underwood with two brutal tweets, vowing to fight the frivolous lawsuit in court. He also said there was no chance he would “settle” with the liberal AG, making it clear he’s ready to fight.

As Trump noted: the foundation took in roughly million, then donated million to charity, So, where’s the crime? What did they do wrong?

Trump also tore into Underwood’s predecessor, Schneiderman, who was leading the investigation before he was exposed as a racist, bigot, and a fraud earlier this year.

In May, Schneiderman resigned in shame after several women came forward and revealed that he sexually assaulted them. One woman, a minority, said the liberal AG called her his “little brown girl” and hurled other racist remarks at her.

Aside from Underwood picking up the politically-driven lawsuit from Schneiderman to target Trump and his family, what about the Clinton Foundation?

Underwood’s lawsuit claims Trump’s presidential campaign illegally featured his family foundation in a television ad to raise money.

Conversely, there’s an abundance of evidence showing that when Hillary Clinton was secretary of state, she used her power to approve policy in exchange for massive donations to the Clinton Foundation.

As detailed by CDP, the Clinton Foundation received $25 million in a secretive plot with Australia’s minister of foreign affairs at the time.

The Clintons were also exposed in the Uranium One scandal, which involved Russian investors reportedly giving $145 million to the Clinton Foundation in exchange for Clinton approving the sale of 20 percent of the United States’ uranium to a Russian company.

So, Trump reportedly running one ad in a television commercial is worth a lawsuit, yet the Clinton Foundation is allowed to skirt charges for a bevy of credible charges?

This is how far liberals are willing to go to harm Trump, where Clinton is given a pass for breaking the law and Trump is subjected to salacious attacks.
