Nevada Secretary of State

Nevada’s Secretary of State Made A Bombshell Claim Against The DMV.

The Department of Motor Vehicles, or DMV, usually brings up some sort of negative feeling. While someone getting their first driver’s license is always exciting, the rest of the time it’s filled with long lines and unbearable hours. Essentially, it’s a place that people just don’t want to be around if they don’t have to.

Now there are people that HAVE to go to the DMV, and not to renew their driver’s license’s. According to the Secretary of State for Nevada, there has been suspicious activity reported at these locations. Specifically, workers there are being accused of purposefully registering non-citizens to vote in the elections.

Barbara Cegavske, the Secretary of State, sent a letter to the DMV director, Terri Albertson, about these concerns. These are important things that need to be kept in check, otherwise it will just spiral out of control, and that would be a bad thing for the citizens of the country, specifically Nevada.

Cegavske’s letter contained concerns about the registrations. “It has come to our attention that when offering voter registration opportunities to customers, DMV’s employees offer voter registration materials to DMV customers whom they know to be non-citizens based upon their presentation of a Green Card for identification purposes.”

That wasn’t all. The Secretary of State continued in her letter. “More specifically, it is our understanding that some DMV employees have been instructed to accept registration materials from all customers, including those who present a Green Card for identification purposes…This practice must cease immediately. Please take appropriate actions, as we have reason to believe that non-citizens have unlawfully registered to vote in Nevada as a direct result of DMV’s practices. Moreover, we now have confirmed that some non-citizens illegally cast votes in the 2016 election.”

Hopefully Hillary Clinton and the rest of the Democrats are listening carefully to that last sentence. They have just confirmed that illegal people DID vote in the election. Meaning that Clinton’s popularity vote “win” is disputed. Naturally, Albertson replied, and the DMV director defended her actions.

Albertson said that the DMV is able to defend itself because of how they work to make sure illegals do not have the ability to vote. Even though the group serves everyone with voter registration, they are hard at work to flag certain applicants that are either ineligible to vote or didn’t submit adequate information.

Furthermore, the response letter had this in it. “Your letter comes as a complete surprise as you and your office have reviewed, contributed to, and approved the processes you are expressing concerns about.” Something was missing though, otherwise this type of activity wouldn’t have happened.

Other groups have expressed annoyance at the DMV director’s letter, including the Public Interest Legal Foundation. Their statement essentially demanded that the voter registration procedures that are based on “an honor system” end altogether.

“Our voter registration procedures again demonstrate end-to-end flaws based on an honor system and outmoded belief that only U.S. citizens need government services. In the decades since Clinton signed Motor Voter, noncitizen services and voter registration procedures have become perilously intertwined, inviting accidents and fraud alike. Secretary Cegavkse is right to demand reforms and new protections for lawful Nevada voters.”

DMV Workers Are Infamous For Turning A Routine Procedure Into A Grueling Nightmare

Thanks To An Act Signed By President Clinton, Non-Citizens Are Able To Get Help At The DMV.

The “Motor Voter” that was referenced is what was passed by former President Bill Clinton back in 1993. Thanks to a Democratic Congress helping it go through, state government agencies are allowed to offer voter registrations to anyone that has the proper paperwork. People who go in the DMV to either apply for/renew, a driver’s license, or submit an application for public assistance are going to be able to receive a voter registration form should they ask for one.

Considering that the Nevada Secretary of State is now calling for this to stop due to voter fraud, it’s time to reverse the Motor Voter Act. After all, it’s a known fact that illegals tend to vote overwhelmingly for Democrats, despite the fact that they shouldn’t be voting at all. Thanks to actions like this, even more illegal people are allowed to vote.

Of course something that would stop this from happening would be voter ID laws. Democrats are staunchly against that idea, namely because it will cost them votes. Rather, they want absolutely zero voting ID laws on the books so more illegal immigrants can vote. Thankfully, President Donald Trump and his Attorney General, Jeff Sessions, are working to approve some voter ID laws.

Attorney General Jeff Sessions has long been one of the only high level politicians talking about problems with legal immigration. Now he is one of the most powerful men in the country.

It should also be mentioned that anytime voter fraud is mentioned in front of a Democrat, they will do what they can to deny those claims. Take former President Obama for instance. Right before he was scheduled to leave office, he took the time to say that any mention of voter fraud is “fake news.”

Right now, there is a big fight about to happen. According to Nevada’s Secretary of State, the DMV used their power to hand over voter registration documents to people who aren’t allowed to vote. Compounded with this claim is the fact that voter fraud has been confirmed in the state. It will be interesting to see what Democrats have to say about this, considering that they don’t like facts.
