NBC Busted Hiding Information About Kavanaugh Accuser

The network deliberately tried to hide another witness’s accurate report.

NBC hid information that could have helped clear Kavanaugh during the confirmation hearings.

As if conservatives needed more evidence that the mainstream media is simply the propaganda arm of the left in America, NBC News admitted that it hid crucial information from the public that could have exonerated Justice Brett Kavanaugh from accusations of ‘gang rape,’ during his confirmation hearings.

Although they had the information, they ran a hit piece anyway.

The information involved “the sworn affidavit of a supposed witness to the gang rape given to the Judiciary Committee by attorney Michael Avenatti on behalf of Julie Swetnick.”

The witness claimed that Avenatti twisted her words.

Late last week, nearly three weeks after Kavanaugh’s confirmation, NBC News published “New questions raised about Avenatti claims regarding Kavanaugh.” It detailed “inconsistencies” with Swetnick’s claims and listed the statement made by the witness.

“Reached by phone independently from Avenatti on Oct. 3, the woman said she only ‘skimmed’ the declaration.  After reviewing the statement, she wrote in a text on Oct. 4 to NBC News: ‘It is incorrect that I saw Brett spike the punch.  I didn’t see anyone spike the punch…I was very clear with Michael Avenatti from day one,'” the article stated.

“I would not ever allow anyone to be abusive in my presence. Male or female,” the woman told the leftist outlet when asked about Avenatti and his client’s claims, according to NBC’s report.

Apparently, Avenatti attempted to “thwart the reporting process” and the woman changed her mind several times before eventually texting the network one last time.

“I will definitely talk to you again and no longer Avenatti. I do not like that he twisted my words,” she wrote.

Last week, Chairman Charles Grassley referred both Avenatti and Swetnick for perjury prosecution to the Justice Department.

But the point is, although they knew good an well that Swetnick and Avenatti were not reliable, the network deliberately twisted the story to fit the democrat agenda, selectively choosing which facts to report.

NBC was spinning a tale, not reporting the news.”

But, somehow, Americans are supposed to ‘respect’ journalists? The idea is laughable.
