British Pakistani Christian Association (BPCA) Chairman Wilson Chowdhry was horrified when he learned that a young Christian boy had been murdered by his Muslim classmates in Pakistan. The boy’s family reported the vicious crime to the BPCA.

A Christian teenager attending a Pakistani school has been beaten to death by his Muslim classmates. The boy’s teacher claims he was reading a newspaper when the vicious assault occurred.

Sharoon Masih, 17, was a bright student who had enrolled in MC Model Boys Government High School just four days before his death.

You’re a Christian, don’t dare sit with us if you want to live,” students allegedly hissed at Sharoon when he tried to sit near them.

Pakistan treats its Christians like garbage. Muslim rule always seeks to stamp out the “infidel.” Sharoon was an innocent boy who once had a glowing future ahead of him. His life was taken from him by Muslim fiends intent on killing a Christian.

My son was a kind-hearted, hardworking and affable boy. He has always been loved by teachers and pupils alike and shared great sorrow that he was being targeted by students at his new school because of his faith,” Sharoon’s mother Razia Bibi said.

Sharoon and I cried every night as he described the daily torture he was subjected to. He only shared details about the violence he was facing… The evil boys that hated my child are now refusing to reveal who else was involved in his murder. Nevertheless one day God will have his judgment.”

Sharoon Misah was only 17-years-old. It’s horrible that he had to suffer such a violent death. Christians are treated like dogs in Pakistan. That’s an especially apt comparison because Muslim culture despises canines.

Razia and her husband told their story to British Pakistani Christian Association (BPCA) chairman Wilson Chowdhry. The BPCA, giving the sad tale the attention it deserved, turned it into an international headlines. People across the globe are now grieving for Sharoon.

Christians are despised and detested in Pakistan. They are a constant target for persecution. This killing of a young Christian teenager at school serves only to remind us that hatred towards religious minorities is bred into the majority population at a young age, through cultural norms and a biased national curriculum,” Chowdhry said.

Sharoon was a bright and intelligent young boy who had a potentially good future [and] has now been killed. Yet once again in Pakistan the debate is not on who is culpable but who is not culpable of a most heinous crime.”

The supervising teacher who allowed the atrocity to occur has been fired, but he is not facing legal charges. He allowed an innocent student to be beaten to death in front of him and he didn’t even have to come up with a decent excuse to escape jail time.

The MC Model Boys Government High School in Pakistan claims to be a legitimate learning institution, yet their head teacher simply stood by while Sharoon was brutally beaten to death. In America, the teacher would have faced criminal charges as well as civil lawsuits. In Pakistan, he simply lost his job.

This devastated family will have to cope with the immense emotional pain of a totally avoidable incident. It is a poor indictment of MC Model Boys Government High School that a Christian could be targeted in this fashion,” Chowdhry said.

However by no means is such treatment an anomaly – it is an expectation that Christians will face abuse and violence during their years in the educational system.”

Radical Islam struggles to co-exist with other faiths. Islamic extremists seek to convert or exterminate. The students allegedly attempted to convince Sharoon to convert before they decided to kill him. They lashed out at him while he was drinking at the water fountain. Many Muslims think that a Christian taints whatever he touches.

According to Breitbart: “Muslims are discouraged from drinking from the same vessels as non-Muslims in Islam, and another Pakistani Christian — Asia Bibi — ended up languishing on death row for years following a dispute over her fitness to carry a water bowl.”

Pakistani Christians face constant abuse. Liberals like to complain about the supposed harsh treatment of Muslims in the U.S., but Christians stuck in Muslim countries face real violence every day.
