Movement Organizes To Stop Chelsea From Ever Being Able To Run…Led By Democrats

An angry Chelsea claims she has no plans to run

These days it is often difficult to find any topic that Republicans and Democrats can agree on. They have certainly failed to find any common ground on potential candidates, offering up radically different choices for voters to elect.

It is therefore a little shocking to find that Democrats are coming together to try and stop a candidate that Republicans find distasteful as well.

Which politician is controversial enough to evoke these reactions from both parties? Only a Clinton.

Chelsea Clinton is normally the quiet and reserved one of her outspoken family. She has been in the background, gaining little political experience, serving as vice-chairwoman of the Clinton Foundation.

The Foundation has recently encountered trouble. They have been forced to lay-off employees as donations plummet; their foundation of pay to play politics crumbling without a Clinton in office.

In the past few weeks, Chelsea has become more vocal. Her Twitter feed frequently showing disgust with President Trump and supporting Elizabeth Warren. She even chimed in on an abortion law in Arkansas which was later proven to be completely false.

All of this political chatter has led to speculation that she may be considering a run for office. The logical choice is the soon to be vacant seat of Senator Kirsten E. Gillibrand, a New York Democrat.

Chelsea has denied the rumors but those are in direct contrast to earlier statements that seeking a public office was “absolutely” a possibility.

Liberals attending a Democratic National Convention (DNC) forum expressed their objections;

“Chelsea needs to go away.  She has nothing to offer. She has said some horrible clueless things about progressives and progressive issues.”

“The country does not have any more appetite for any Clintons. Enough is enough, and frankly I think the Clinton policies, going back to Bill, are what took the Democrats to the center and the right, and you can see what kind of enthusiasm that inspired.”

With these two as role models, she didn’t have a chance

Supporters of Bernie Sanders are involved in the protests against the youngest Clinton.

Even former Clinton insiders have spoken out against her including Doug Brand who was employed by the Foundation. Brand called Chelsea a “spoiled brat who wasted foundation dollars for her wedding and her personal luxurious lifestyle.”

Unfortunately, some ignorant leftists still believe that if she waits until the dust settles, she would be an appropriate candidate;

“I don’t know,” said Ali Khawar, of the District of Columbia. “I think if she decided to run, that is her right as a citizen, and I will judge her on her merits and to the extent that voters think her familial relationship are good or bad, that is something for them to judge her on.”

Political experience, or lack thereof, aside, Chelsea is far from a suitable candidate. The Clintons were at the center of many of the storms that have decimated the Democratic Party.

Her two examples in politics have both had major scandals. Her mother has not even been cleared in her latest schemes. With role-models such as those, Chelsea has little chance of being an acceptable candidate.

Excerpts from an interview that Chelsea gave Cosmopolitan during the election season gives us insight into her personality;

“I’m always going to believe, because this is how my parents raised me, that friendship is more important than politics.”

“But what I have found surprising and really disturbing in this election cycle is the broad-based misogyny and sexism and racism and Islamophobia and jingoism and homophobia and anti-immigrant rhetoric. All of that is coming out from the Republican side.”

“To me, that’s also an issue that relates to our economy, because wealthier women have always had choices. Low-income and middle-class women haven’t, and so protecting a woman’s right to choose is about protecting, in my view, women’s rights, a fundamental human right, and also an economic right.”

Her recent Tweets demonstrate she holds tight to the typical Clinton hypocrisy;

Chelsea is clearly against young blonde Americans marrying. However, she doesn’t seem to disapprove of Muslims taking 9 year-old girls brides. Instead she insists we must protect their religious rights.

She continues to speak about politics and gets easily offended when people attack her mother; sounding almost like a child at times.

The combined picture of Chelsea Clinton, even at 36, is one of a sheltered, immature, impulsive young woman. Democrats have a right to be worried. There are still many Hillary supporters who might vote for Chelsea out of foolish respect.

Chelsea just serves as one more reason for the Democratic Party to begin picking up the pieces. They were destroyed in November, America making it clear that they were fed up with politics as usual.

Since then, the liberals have focused their attention not on their shortcomings but on futile attacks on the President. If they are not careful they will find their party unable to present capable candidates in the next election as well.
