The California Democrat, who is 79 years old and dons the nickname “Auntie Maxine,” held a Meet & Greet Tweet-A-Thon on Sunday. It’s unclear what her campaign had hoped for, but it undoubtedly under-performed. A video that was taken during the event shows that no more than 10 millennials actually attended the event, and not one looked energized at all to hear her speak.
“Come join top social media influencers for a tweet-a-thon in support of Auntie Maxine, our fearless champion in Congress who taught us how to reclaim our time!” the flyer read.
It added: “Millennials come energized & ready to get out the vote!”
In a 16-minute video (seen below) posted by Waters on Twitter, no more than 10 millennials actually attended her event, which featured her same tacky talking points and calls for President Donald Trump to be impeached from office.
The event featured Waters and the few attendees to gripe about the country and how they believe Trump is ruining the nation.
“When you come here you always have an open mic, you can say whatever you want to say,” Waters said.
Moments later, Waters took the microphone back from one attendee and embarked on one of many diatribes.
“We’re going to take back the House,” she predicted to the room full of empty tables and less energy than a Jeb Bush event.
After claiming that Trump officials and allies are trying to “take her out,” she went on to say, “I ain’t goin’.”
The entire event featured all of Waters greatest hits, where she spoke about impeaching Trump, removing him from office, blocking his policies, and colluding with Russia.
Not only has Waters been voted as the most corrupt politician in Congress numerous times, she is also a pathological liar.
As detailed by Conservative Daily Post, Special Counsel Robert Mueller has been leading his witch hunt for a year, and has not produced a shred of evidence against Trump pertaining to any illegal activities or collusion with Russia. If Mueller had dirt on Trump, it would have leaked to the media by now.
Waters continues to spread lies that Trump colluded to win the 2016 presidential election, yet there’s no evidence to support her claim. These accusations are no longer just the ravings of a lunatic, she actually believes them it seems.
She also asserted during her event that Trump and his allies are trying to take her out, which is also incredibly false. Waters uses every opportunity she can to smear Trump and call for his impeachment despite providing no evidence to support her egregious claims.
As evidenced by her event, it’s clear that just about everyone is uninterested in the utter nonsense spewing from Waters mouth.
