Recently, we have received some horrifying news that confirms the fed’s plan to ruin our nation even more, before the November Presidential Election. It looks like they have also overstepped local state laws, too.
According to an article on USA today’s website, a “federal appeals court” has just accused a long established, well designed Texas state law regarding voter identification yesterday.
The U.S. Court of Appeals’ 9-6 ruling is actually the “third consecutive decision against Texas law”. This has helped to set up a battle in the Supreme Court. The issue? Texas’ state photo ID rules.
Originally, the law would have left over half a million Texas residents without “proper identification” in elections coming up this fall. At least that’s what the liberals are saying. This week, “voting rights activists” are actively trying to “seek a delay in the photo ID requirement” if the appeals court does not rule by Wednesday.
Justices on the appeals court don’t think that Texas’ voter photo ID laws are discriminatory. They are a necessary measure to ensure that all voters are documented before they case their ballots.
But Liberals would differ and consider such a measure to be “racist.” They would have ILLEGALS register to vote for Texas, and they would have them do it WITHOUT requiring them to have proper ID.
Several Texas judges have supported the state’s voter ID laws. They have said that the laws were”reasonable in both purpose and effect.”
In addition, they said ” Requiring a voter to verify her identity with a photo ID at the polling place is a reasonable requirement widely supported by Texans of all races and members of the public belonging to both political parties.” In this case, only the liberals are assuming any type of underlying racism behind these laws, and are solely responsible for “fanning the flames of pernicious irresponsible racial name calling.”
This law, which has helped keep polling places safe and elections fully legitimate, was first “enacted in 2011.” Despite being blocked by a “federal district judge” just one year later, by 2013 it had come into effect.
Texas’ Attorney General, Ken Paxton, has criticized the government’s efforts to overturn any part of Texas’ Voter ID laws. He has said
“Preventing voter fraud is essential to accurately reflecting the will of Texas voters during elections.”
He felt disappointed that all parts of the law were not fully maintained, saying that it was “unfortunate” that this “common sense law”, which protected against voter fraud, wasn’t fully maintained.
Liberals and groups like the NAACP continue to argue that the Voter ID law was deliberately intended to discriminate against certain voters.
What do you think of the Fed’s attempts to dismantle a law that protects American democracy from being exploited by illegals?
