Left-wing radicals embedded in the State Department have been at it again, and Judicial Watch is right there to expose them. The conservative watchdog activist group has filed a lawsuit against the US State Department and the US Agency for International Develop (USAID) demanding records of US government funding of the Open Society Foundation in Macedonia.
The Open Society Foundation is one of the subversive leftwing “progressive” groups funded and controlled by billionaire financier George Soros. According to already available information, the George Soros group in Macedonia received nearly $5 million in funding from the US government from 2012 to 2016.
“The Obama administration seemed to bust taxpayer budgets in an effort to fund the Soros operation,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “The Trump State Department and USAID should get their act together and disclose the details of the Obama-Soros spigot.”
Barack Obama’s U.S. Ambassador to Macedonia, Jess L. Baily, worked behind the scenes to funnel American cash into the Soros organization for the cause of destabilizing and overthrowing the country. According to Judicial Watch, this interference by a US Ambassador in the domestic political affairs of a nation violates the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations, which regulates the conduct of diplomats and their host countries.
Judicial Watch previously filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request on 16 February, 2017 to get these same records. The government failed to respond to the request, prompting this lawsuit.
Specifically Judicial Watch sought, “Any records of communication between . . . the Department of State and . . . the Open Society Foundation -Macedonia and/or any of the Foundation’s affiliated organizations. . . . All analyses or similar records regarding the political activities of the Open Society Foundation -Macedonia . . . All messages transmitted via the State Department’s SMART system . . . at the U.S. Embassy in Skopje that pertain to the Open Society Foundation – Macedonia and/or any of the Foundation’s affiliated organizations.”
The USAID website reports that between 27 February, 2012, and 31 August, 2016, Soros’s Open Society Foundation – Macedonia received $4,819,125 of American taxpayer money. The USAID website links to www.soros.org.mk and admits that the organization conducted training for hundreds of young Macedonians “on topics such as freedom of association, youth policies, citizen initiatives, persuasive argumentation and use of new media.” This is the Soros way of referring to its methods of destructive cultural subversion in positive euphemisms.
Most likely the initiative aims to destabilize Macedonian society and to eventually overthrow the conservative government there. What they want to do is institute a program of multiculturalism, mass Islamic immigration, gay sex, transgenderism, hate speech laws, predatory finance capitalism, and debt slavery– all the glories of “progressivism” currently destroying what remains of Western European society. All of this is framed as fighting against tyranny, of course. Society is torn down in the name of “openness.”
The operation’s strategy has been conducted behind closed doors. According to Judicial Watch sources from within the Macedonian and United States government, “The Open Society Foundation has established and funded dozens of leftwing, nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) in Macedonia to overthrow the conservative government. One Macedonian government official interviewed by Judicial Watch in Washington D.C. recently, calls it the ‘Soros infantry.’”
One of the local Soros groups had Saul Alinsky’s manual for revolutionary left-wing political subversion, Rules for Radicals, translated into Macedonian. This book opens with an epigraph in praise of Lucifer:
“Lest we forget at least an over-the-shoulder acknowledgment to the very first radical: from all our legends, mythology, and history (and who is to know where mythology leaves off and history begins — or which is which), the first radical known to man who rebelled against the establishment and did it so effectively that he at least won his own kingdom — Lucifer.”
According to InsidePhilanthropy.com, Soros’ Open Society Foundation “may be the largest philanthropic organization ever built, with branches in 37 countries. While the Gates Foundation spends more money, OSF has a larger footprint worldwide thanks to its many local offices, including throughout Africa.”
The Soros foundation has less money than the Gates foundation, but it is more widespread, relentlessly seeking to spread the virus of Luciferian radicalism to all corners of the earth.
Hillary Clinton wrote her college thesis on Saul Alinsky and personally corresponded with him. She opted to go law school instead of going to work for him though, because she believed she would be more effective for the cause working inside the system.
President Trump has not yet replaced Ambassador Baily, but he needs to be made aware of this and replace him immediately!
This activity in Macedonia has come to the attention of Senator Mike Lee (R-UT), who sent a letter to Ambassador Baily asking him to explain the dealings between the State Department and the Open Society Foundation.
On 24 February, 2017, Representatives Chris Smith (R-NJ), Louie Gohmert (R-TX), and others requested the Government Accountability Office open an investigation into the Department of State and USAID’s activities in Macedonia.
Judicial Watch is a conservative non-partisan watchdog group that files Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuits to expose government corruption and violations of constitutional rights. Founded in 1994, the group has gone after the Clinton, Bush, and Obama administrations with dozens of lawsuits. Most of the lawsuits are dismissed, but the group’s labors have successfully forced the government to produce some documents over the years.
This story needs to be brought to the attention of President Trump. He may not be pleased to find out what the State Department is doing, now in his name, in Macedonia. He may also want to look into any such activities in Melania Trump’s home country of Slovenia.
