Judge Rules Mueller Must Divulge Media Contacts

A federal judge gave the government until September 4, to provide thousand of documents after activist group filed lawsuit.

Judge rules Mueller must hand over media contacts.

A federal judge has ordered the Department of Justice to hand over thousands of documents regarding Special Counsel Robert Mueller‘s media contacts, according to WND. Basically, he has to disclose all leftist media personnel he’s been working with over the course of the investigation.

The explosive ruling from U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan came after Freedom Watch President Larry Klayman filed a lawsuit under the Freedom of Information Act.

Klayman told WND that Mueller’s office has been leading a secret investigation and leaking information to the liberal media for a year, and it was time for his dirty actions to be exposed.

On Thursday, Sullivan gave the DOJ until Sept. 4, to provide thousands of documents and contacts that are identified under a Freedom of Information Act case. There are reportedly more than 9,000 documents in question that the DOJ will be forced to hand over.

The DOJ oversees Mueller’s probe, so the department maintains possession of all documents and records regarding the special counsel’s investigation into unproven allegations of collusion between President Donald Trump‘s campaign and Russia during the 2016 presidential election.

Klayman filed the lawsuit against Mueller’s office because he said they “are alleged to have illegally leaked grand jury information to damage the president, his family and associates, have thus far been untouched by the inept and inert Justice Department, run by Attorney General Jeff Sessions, who appears afraid that he himself may be indicted by Mueller for alleged Russian collusion and obstruction of justice.”

Klayman said the American people have the right to know what Mueller is doing and which journalists and media outlets his office is speaking with about the investigation.

The lawsuit could show whether Mueller is only feeding certain stories to left-leaning outlets to not only attack Trump, but to ramp up collusion theories.

The lawsuit is undoubtedly a big blow to Mueller, and comes less than two weeks after Mueller admitted to Trump’s legal team that his office cannot indict a sitting president. So, Mueller admitted he doesn’t have any legal authority to indict Trump, yet he’s continuing with his witch hunt.

Most people believe that he’s building a case for congress, hoping the imaginary blue wave will elect enough democrats to actually bring impeachment charges.

Klayman’s major victory also comes after a list of 48 questions Mueller has for Trump leaked to the media, which fueled endless media theories that he was on the verge of finally proving Trump broke the law.

Spoiler: there’s still no proof to support that claim.

These last-ditch efforts from Mueller aren’t fooling anyone, as Klayman and others easily see that Mueller is fueling his probe by using the media to do his dirty work. His so-called 16 Russian indictments are ham sandwiches. He never expected them to show up in court, so Mueller has had to beg for delays.

Mueller has not produced a shred of evidence against Trump after a year of investigating, and this lawsuit could fully expose the liberal media hacks who are spreading lies and misinformation to harm the president.
