Democrats in Arizona know that if the election rig is exposed in the state, it could create a domino effect, triggering recounts and audits in the other states that were rigged for Joe Biden (Georgia, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Michigan, and more). So, last week, they sent an army of lawyers to the state trying to pull legal shenanigans and stop the exposure. It worked. The judge in the case stopped the counting. BUT, republicans filed their own lawsuit and now, the audit (with full transparency) is set to start up again. Meanwhile, the judge in the case recused himself last night over the fact that one person on the democrat legal ‘team’ was discovered to have interned for him.
Additionally, THIS is the official page of the Arizona Senate Liaison for the Maricopa County Election audit. “Under the direction of The Honorable Ken Bennett, former Arizona Secretary of State, an audit is underway to ensure transparency and integrity in the Maricopa County, AZ 2020 election audit.”
The audit itself must be triggering a concern for the media as they started today accusing any audit supporters of being conspiracy theorists. The AP Headline: “Election conspiracies live on with audit by Arizona GOP”
“PHOENIX (AP) — Months after former President Donald Trump’s election defeat, legislative Republicans in Arizona are challenging the outcome as they embark on an unprecedented effort to audit the results in the state’s most populous county.
[…] The process is alarming election professionals who fear the auditors are not up to the complex task and will severely undermine faith in democracy.” (more)
Obviously, in typical Alinsky fashion, the intent of the AP narrative is to isolate, ridicule and marginalize supporters of the Maricopa audit.
Meanwhile, below is a video update on this Arizona issue which includes a passionate speech by Bobby Piton who wrote a letter to the Democrats and Republicans in the Arizona State Senate.
The Arizona Republican Party Chairwoman Kelli Ward gave an update Saturday on the ongoing Maricopa County forensic audit of 2020 ballots and Dominion voting machines.
The Pro-Trump chair is the RIGHT PERSON for the job as party leader in Arizona.
Kelli Ward spoke about how Democrats went to court on Friday in their latest attempt to shut down the ballot audit. In a disgusting move, the Democrats accused Republicans of recruiting “hate groups” to perform the audit. The court did not accept their bogus argument.
According to Ward, the Arizona Supreme Court weighed in on the latest challenge by Democrats and also allowed the audit to keep going.
Arizona Republicans Strike Back–
Next week the Arizona Supreme Court will rule on a motion brought by the Arizona Senate that the courts do not have the authority to infringe upon the Senate’s ability to manage the audit as they see fit and that any civil action by the Democrats to stop the audit through continued court action crosses the line of separation of powers afforded by the United States Constitution.

The Judge in the Democrats case where they are attempting to stop the Arizona audit recused himself on Sunday.
On Sunday evening in Arizona, the Maricopa County Superior Court Judge, Christopher Coury, who oversaw the case related to the Democrats’ challenge to the audit currently going on in the county, recused himself from the case. The reason is that the auditors hired an attorney who interned with Judge Coury previously. When the new attorney was introduced today for the first time the Judge was forced to resign from the case.
Judge Coury reported that he was notified on Sunday that an attorney, Christopher Viskovic, who used to intern for him works with the auditors, so he recused himself from the case.
On Thursday the Democrats filed their suit just as the audit was scheduled to begin. This isn’t the first suit Maricopa County Board of Supervisors raised in an attempt to stop the audit. This last-minute case was heard by Judge Coury on Friday. He ordered that the audit be stopped until Monday but when the Democrats wouldn’t post a bond for $1 million, he then ordered that the audit could continue.
After Judge Coury ordered the halt to the audit and before the Democrats responded to his mandate of putting the $1 million bond down, the Arizona Senate took their case to the Arizona Supreme Court. But then Judge Coury ordered the audit could continue because the Democrats refused to pay the $1 million bond.
The Supreme Court Judge Bolick took the Republicans’ grievance and agreed with Judge Coury’s actions and set up Tuesday for the deadline for the Republicans to lay out their grievances about the Democrats’ last-minute effort to stop the audit and Judge Coury’s actions. He ordered the Democrats to respond by Wednesday to the document the Republicans file on Tuesday, and then he offered the Republicans Thursday to respond to the Democrats’ response.
Judge Coury had asked for the parties to be ready on Monday morning at 11 to provide documents. Now a new judge will have to be assigned. Stay tuned.
Update – previously we reported based on sources that the new attorney that caused Judge Coury to recuse himself was hired by the Democrats, overnight we received new information that the attorney causing the recusal was hired by the auditors.
