JUST IN: Investigation Proves Liberal Attorney General KNEW, Claims “Facts” Wrong, Won’t Prosecute

Xavier Becerra has a lot of questions that he won't answer.

Xavier Becerra has a lot of questions that he won’t answer.

Xavier Becerra, chairman of the House Democratic Caucus, either is too dull of mind to know when a real problem exists or is corrupted enough to simply try and hide it. There is not a third option available to us as today’s news unfolds, and if the former is true, he is unfit for his post regardless of how non-corrupted he may be!

The Daily Caller has just reported “when he learned the caucus server had been infiltrated in 2016.” All signs point to a coverup since Becerra “loudly decried the hack of the Democratic National Committee that happened around that same time.” This proves thathe know that prior claims about the time of the hack (or “sweeping of Bernie money“) happened.

No one has yet faced any charges stemming from this gross bit of negligence, either.

At the time, California Attorney General Bercerra was Congressman Becerra and he would not even give the “barest details” about the hack at a press conference last Wednesday. He also refused to say if he was seeking criminal charges against “longtime IT aide Imran Awan and his family.” These suspicious characters were allowed to remain working long after red flags popped up like mushrooms regarding their deeds.

Members of the family “logged on to the Caucus server 7,000 times without authorization” in the dates between October 2015 and August 2016, a House investigation has shown. Anthony Weiner likely did not visit free porn sites with such frequency (even on his busiest of days) so this alone is a huge number that tells us a lot.

The investigation discovered that “the server [was] is being used for nefarious purposes and elevated the risk that individuals could be reading and/or removed information.”

Sean McCluskie, Bercerra’s Chief of Staff (“now chief deputy attorney general of California“) knew about the issues at hand quite awhile before October of 2016 when law enforcement was alerted to the problem.

Imran’s brother, Abid Awan was not authorized to be logged in at all and yet records show that he was doing just that. It was Imran who was being paid by Bercerra “to manage his personal office server since 2004.” It is also known that “his wife Hina Alvi as a second IT aide in 2013.” How such an obvious stunt could be pulled off without anyone knowing is anyone’s guess. It has led many to conclude that Bercerra both knew of and endorsed the corruption that was afoot.

Why was Abid Awan (pictured) allowed to remain?

Hina Alvi was also the sole IT aide on the payroll of the caucus,” the Caller reminds us. No one else was allowed access to this data for any reason. McCluskie grew worried about this arrangement but Abid refused to show him the server. How could this not have a been a red, glowing, neon flag?

The Caucus Chief of Staff requested one of the shared employees to not provide IT services or access their computers” even though “this shared employee continued,” the House report states.

When the Caller asked Bercerra about the ordeal, he replied, “Go back and research your facts, you’ve got them wrong. I understand that this matter is still under investigation, and we have cooperated with the authorities both within Congress and with the federal government on this.” However, in four different instances, he refused to say which facts were wrong, even when repeatedly asked to do so.

Does that sound like an innocent man?

There have been more questions regarding how this family got a free pass and a blind eye turned towards them that if this were a work of fiction, the editor would have stepped in and said, “change this, that could never happen in real life,” and yet it did.

The Caller quotes a “Senior Republican official” who said, “they [the Awans] had access to all the data including all emails. Imran Awan is the walking example of an insider threat, a criminal actor who had access to everything. They were using the House Democratic Caucus as their central service warehouse … It was a breach. The data was completely out of [the members’] possession. Does it mean it was sold to the Russians? I don’t know.”

Isn’t it interesting that there is no proof at all leading President Donald Trump to Russia’s doorsteps but a practical roadmap leading the DNC there?

As America understands just what was allowed to happen and why, the chances of Democrats ever living this shame down get bleaker and bleaker. Regrettably, for them, this is but the tip of the massive iceberg.
