Conservative Republican Congressman Devin Nunes (R-Calif.) wants to deliver you “the best of U.S., California, and Central Valley news, sports, and analysis.” It’s called “The California Republican.”

Left-leaning Democrats nationwide are in a total panic, horrified that now there is a conservative voice in California. One that actually dares to publish something other than progressive propaganda.

The House Intelligence Committee Chairman has had enough of liberal media censorship. Referring to the network coverage surrounding the recent #releasethememo controversy, Nunes declared, “the mainstream media is totally uninterested in this.”

The driving force behind the memo outlining abuse by high ranking FBI and Justice Department officials unveiled a new “right-leaning” news site funded by his campaign committee. Linked to it is a Facebook page for social interaction and commentary.

Nunes campaign put Alex Tavlian of Sultana Media in charge of registering the website but he does not manage it. Since last July, $7,773 was directed toward setup costs.

Traditional outlet coverage of the memo was “embarrassing,” Nunes scolded, disappointed when he discovered that he was wrong when he thought “there would be some ounce of credibility left” in the media.

What should be a scandal rivaling Nixon’s Watergate is being swept under the rug by traditional news outlets. The FBI and the Department of Justice have been hijacked and used as a political weapon in a presidential election.

On Saturday, June 17, 1972, five men were arrested breaking into the DNC headquarters at the Watergate complex intending to bug the phones. The FBI connected cash found on the burglars to a Nixon re-election slush fund. A growing pile of evidence pointed at White House staff.

The investigation soon revealed Nixon’s office tape-recording system. The Supreme Court ordered Nixon to release the tapes to government investigators.

They indicated that Nixon “had attempted to cover up activities that took place after the break-in, and to use federal officials to deflect the investigation.” Certain to be impeached, Nixon resigned the presidency.

In 1972, the media was the whole key to Nixon’s demise. Based on reporting by Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein, the scandal of administration abuse was enough to topple a legend. This time, the media is scampering like rats to avoid covering the real story while they spin and apologize for Obama, Hillary, and their minions.

A recently leaked text message exchanged between the scandalous Peter Strzok and Lisa Page, both Justice Department Officials adds even more fuel to the fire.

On September 2, 2016, Page wrote to FBI agent Strzok, “POTUS wants to know everything we’re doing.” She was talking about the work they were doing to frame President Trump for collusion with Russia. It was an insurance policy they cooked up in FBI Deputy Director Andy McCabe’s office in the event of the unthinkable, a Hillary loss in the election.

The smoking gun text message virtually proves this is Obama’s version of Watergate, only this time, no break-in was needed. A judge handed Obama the keys.

The declassification of the Nunes memo revealed “chilling details on how deeply Department of Justice and FBI leaders intervened in the 2016 election, to advance Hillary Clinton and stymie Donald J. Trump.”

In its wake, Charles Grassley, (R-Iowa) teamed up with Lindsey Graham (R-S. Carolina) to start the ball rolling on criminal charges against Christopher Steele.

Instead of informing the public about “actions by Trump haters atop DOJ and FBI to assure Hillary’s election and foil Trump’s nascent government by deceiving federal judges,” the mainstream media wants to cover them up.

As Deroy Murdock of Fox News eloquently explains, “this confirms Democrats’ spectacular talent for psychological projection. Like the drunk who screams, ‘You’re all a bunch of alcoholics!’ before tumbling off his bar stool.”

The typical Democrat, Murdock writes, “accuses Team Trump of cavorting with the Russians to sway the 2016 election, even as Hillary underwrote a dirt-digging mission that extracted anti-Trump accusations from Russian-government agents that were used to defame the GOP nominee in America’s courts of law and public opinion.”

Fusion GPS paid Steele $160,000 funneled from the Clinton Campaign and the Democratic National Committee. Two wiretap warrants were issued entirely on the basis of Steele’s fantasies.

“Material and relevant information was omitted” from the requests for wiretaps and also when they were renewed. “The application does not mention Steele was ultimately working on behalf of, and paid by, the DNC and Clinton campaign.”

If the court had known the truth, the warrants never would have been issued. Now that we do know the truth, the media wants to ignore it. This is precisely why we need conservative alternate news outlets.

Nunes’ website, www.carepublican.com, features articles such as “Understanding the process behind #ReleasetheMemo,” “The Russians are everywhere … and nowhere.” and “Where Exactly is ‘The Resistance’ headed?”

The new venture has been so popular since word broke of its debut that the server hasn’t been able to handle the traffic.
