Illegal Immigrants Who Assaulted Teen Girl In High School Bathroom Get Some Bad News From ICE

Henry Sanchez, pictured, is accused of sexually assaulting a young girl in a high school bathroom. Sanchez entered the U.S. illegally less than a year ago.

The ravages inflicted on society by the Obama administration have yet to heal. Hordes of desperate migrants streamed across the border while the former president sat idle. Communities throughout America are reeling from the effects of mass illegal immigration.

Two teenage boys from El Salvador, both undocumented migrants who entered the U.S. less than a year ago, are accused of raping a 14-year-old girl in a high school bathroom. Jose Montano, 17, and Henry Sanchez, 18, were arrested after the victim reported her attack to authorities. The men allegedly forced the young girl into a bathroom stall before assaulting her.

The horrific crime illustrates the ugliest part of Obama’s legacy. Montano and Sanchez easily crept into America. They were able to attend a local public school, where despite their advanced age, both men were enrolled as freshman. These are the men that so-called “sanctuary” cities protect.

According to police, the victim was innocently walking to class when she was accosted by Montano. He hurled obscenities at the frightened girl. She attempted to flee but was grabbed by the two men and dragged into an empty bathroom stall. They then took turns holding her down and assaulting her. Eventually she was able to free herself and escape.

Protesters ignore the reality of illegal immigration.

The school released a letter that reads, in part: “It was reported to administration that a student was sexually assaulted by two students in a restroom. We immediately contacted the Montgomery County Police Department. The police conducted an investigation and subsequently executed arrests on school property of the alleged assailants…Ensuring a safe, secure and welcoming learning environment for all of our students is our top priority. Our staff remains vigilant in the monitoring of our school each and every day…”

The ill-effects of illegal immigration infect every strata of society. Even our kids aren’t safe. At 1,8 Sanchez is legally an adult, yet he was put into classrooms with children. Because he entered the U.S. illegally, he bypassed the vetting process. He’s a complete unknown, a dangerous element that was thrown into the midst of children.

What does this have to do with Obama? Well, back in 2015: “In a 63-page handbook, the Education Department urged schools to create support groups for illegal immigrant students and their families and warned against asking about students’ legal status.”

Obama’s administration made concentrated efforts to grant illegals more and more expansive rights. 8 years of such treatment has fostered a sense of entitlement among undocumented migrants.

This is a controversial area of law, and it’s not directly related to education per se. It’s an immigration policy issue,” said Jessica Vaughan, policy studies director at the Center for Immigration Studies. “Really, they’re asking them to become advocates for them — not just for their educational needs, but crossing a line into political advocacy to pressure state lawmakers to adjust laws on their behalf.”

Many Americans worry that teachers will not be able to cope with the influx of undocumented students.

Deportations are difficult to carry out. Dozens of countries refuse to agree to the repatriation of criminal illegals. That’s why immigration control needs to take a two-pronged approach. It’s not enough simply to root out the criminals, we need to do a better job at preventing violent people from coming in the first place.

President Trump’s border wall isn’t a vanity project, something the president wants to achieve simply because he talked about it during his campaign. The border wall has become necessary. Too many Americans are suffering. Neighborhoods are overrun; government resources are being depleted.

While…countries are refusing to accept the deportations of these criminals, the U.S. government is still issuing visas and student visas to citizens of those countries…There is already a law on the books which allows the U.S. to hold visas from a country that is not taking back its criminals…the U.S. is not enforcing it,” reports the Daily Caller.

Why aren’t we doing this? Because the left would rather cow to foreign powers than stand up for the rights of American citizens.

But my response is, but we can upset our constituents, we can upset our way of life that we have here by allowing those criminals to be released?” said Texas Rep. Henry Cuellar. “And basically the response from the State Department is because you have to work with the State Department and Homeland Security. And the State Department, with all due respect, was focused on diplomacy.”

Obama granted expansive rights to undocumented minors

Obama’s mistakes have cost too many people. The young girl attacked by Montano and Sanchez deserved better. Every child should feel safe at school. It’s terrible that two monsters were allowed to roam the halls unchecked.

Trump’s presidency is astonishing for its responsiveness. In the two months since inauguration, Trump diverged radically from his predecessor, and set about reshaping America. A massive overhaul of the current immigration policy has obviously been a priority to the administration.
