GOP Senator Demands FBI Answer For Clinton Whistleblower Raid

Sixteen FBI agents raided the home of a legally protected whistleblower last week, in an almost certainly illegal; act that went unnoticed by the mainstream media.

Chuck Grassley wants answers, now, from the FBI.

Senator Chuck Grassley has written to FBI Director Chris Wray, demanding answers about the event that targeted a man who delivered documents about the nefarious sale of Uranium One and then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s involvement.

Sixteen FBI agents raided the Maryland home of Dennis Nathan Cain on Nov. 19.

Cain’s lawyer, Michael Socarras, told reporters that the agent who led the raid accused his client of possessing stolen federal property.

However, Cain told him that he was a protected whistleblower, who had already delivered the documents to both Congress and the Inspector General, who provided the legitimate whistleblower status.

Socarras said Horowitz had transmitted his information to the House and Senate intelligence committees.

“The documents in question allegedly show that federal officials failed to investigate possible criminal activity related to Clinton, the Clinton Foundation and Rosatom, the Russian nuclear company whose subsidiary purchased Uranium One in 2013.”

In his letter to Wray, Grassley demanded to know on what basis the FBI raided Cain’s home.

He also asked whether the bureau was aware of Cain’s disclosures to Horowitz’s office and if the FBI considered those disclosures protected.

The law is very clear about whistleblowers like Cain.

Grassley also demanded to know whether agents seized classified information in the raid and has set a deadline for December 12, for full disclosure.

Previous reports show Douglas Campbell, an FBI informant involved in the deal, testified to that Moscow paid millions to American lobbying firm APCO Worldwide to influence Clinton and the Obama administration.

“The contract called for four payments of $750,000 over 12 months,” Campbell said in his statement this past February.

“APCO was expected to give assistance free of charge to the Clinton Global Initiative as part of their effort to create a favorable environment to ensure the Obama administration made affirmative decisions on everything from Uranium One to the US-Russia Civilian Nuclear Cooperation agreement.”

APCO and Clinton have denied the testimony, which is not surprising, but the fact remains that money did change hands, and one-fifth of America’s uranium resources are gone… sold to Russia in what many consider the real collusion Mueller is trying to cover up.
