Google Lists California Republican Party Ideology As ‘Nazism’

In the “knowledge panel” area of search pages, which is supposed to give easy access to information, the engine listed “Nazism” as an “ideology” of the GOP.

Google has been busted.

Low taxes, a secure border, fair wages, and liberty. According to Google, those ideals shared by California’s Republican Party are NAZI ideals, as Vice News has highlighted today.

Located in “the “’knowledge panel’ that provides easy access to information next to search results,” the biased folks at Google listed “nazism” as one of the parties ideologies.  The listing appeared alongside “Conservatism,” “Market liberalism,” “Fiscal conservatism,” and “Green conservatism” in the websites information section. Early voting ballots are already being cast and California (with the world’s fifth largest economy in the world) is set to pick a new governor.

Therefore, this nasty inclusion of “nazism” as a G.O.P. belief system is an attack from Google to derail the Republicans. Basically, the leftist platform has no problem with lying to users.

The popular search engine took the listing down on Thursday, but by then, much of the damage had been done.

It is disgraceful that the world’s largest search engine has labeled millions of California Republicans as Nazis,” stated Republican Kevin McCarthy (R-CA), “the House Majority Leader and potential successor to Speaker Paul Ryan.”

He added, “This is just the latest incident in a disturbing trend to slander conservatives. These damaging actions must be held to account. The bias has to stop.”

No one knows how long the accusation was up, if it was put with Google’s knowledge at any time, by a “rogue employee,” or by a hacker. Google said in a statement that “Sometimes people vandalize public information sources, like Wikipedia, which can impact the information that appears in search. We have systems in place that catch vandalism before it impacts search results, but occasionally errors get through, and that’s what happened here.”

That claim did little to pacify Cynthia Bryant, executive director of the California Republican Party, who said, “It is libelous and Wikipedia and Google should take more ownership of what is published on their sites, since both companies just said 5 million Californians support Nazism. It is unfortunate, but is unlikely to affect the election because anyone with common sense knows we don’t support Nazism

There’s nothing worse you can call someone than labeling them a Nazi,” observed Eric Wilson, a Republican digital consultant and founder of Learn Test Optimize.

He also said, “Google owes Republicans an apology whether it was an algorithm or a human, they’re ultimately responsible.”

It seems as if no one trusts Google’s explanation and that is with good reason. Since the search giant purchased YouTube, for example, conservatives have been demonetized, hidden from searches, and treated dreadfully.

The left has only lies while conservatives have the truth. The truth will always win out, but it must be heard to be absorbed. This is something that Google (who are very left)  is trying to stop by hiding and lying about non-liberals.

This time, they got caught.
