Furious Pelosi Threatens Reporter For Asking “Hate” Question

Not only did she fly off the handle over a legitimate question, her rambling, sputtering response shows just how ‘fit’ she is to hold office.

While Nancy Pelosi tried to justify the unjustifiable impeachment effort being carried out by democrats in the House (and Al Green warned that democrats plan to impeach as many times as they can, as long as they have the majority in the House), she got unreasonably furious about one question asked by James Rosen, and threatened him.

Seriously.

The New York Post reported:

A visibly angry House Speaker Nancy Pelosi on Thursday lashed out at a reporter who asked her if she hated President Trump — asserting she didn’t hate anyone and pointedly warning the journalist: “Don’t mess with me.”

“Do you hate the president, Ms. Speaker?” the reporter, James Rosen from the conservative Sinclair Broadcast Group, asked during Pelosi’s weekly press briefing at the Capitol.

“I don’t hate anybody. We don’t hate anybody. Not anybody in the world. Don’t accuse me,” she said, leaving the podium to approach Rosen and pointing at him as she spoke.

He then interrupted her, saying he was asking about a charge from a GOP lawmaker during the House Judiciary Committee’s impeachment hearing Wednesday that Democrats wanted Trump gone only because they didn’t like him.

“I did not accuse you. I asked you a question. Rep. [Doug] Collins yesterday suggested that the Democrats are doing this simply because you don’t like the guy. I think it is an important point,” he said, referring to the Georgia lawmaker, a fervent Trump backer.

Pelosi then walked back to the podium and continued to lecture Rosen.

“This is about the Constitution of the United States and the facts that lead to the president’s violation of his oath of office. And as a Catholic, I resent your using the word hate in a sentence that addresses me,” she said, adding that she prays for Trump.

“I don’t hate anyone. I was raised in a way that is a heart full of love and always pray for the president. And I still pray for the president. I pray for the president all the time. So don’t mess with me when it comes to words like that!” the California Democrat snapped. The commander-in-chief wasted no time ripping the speaker, whom he mocks as “Nervous Nancy,” on Twitter, saying he didn’t believe that she prays for him.“Nancy Pelosi just had a nervous fit. She hates that we will soon have 182 great new judges and sooo much more. Stock Market and employment records. She says she ‘prays for the President.’ I don’t believe her, not even close. Help the homeless in your district Nancy. USMCA?” he wrote, referring to San Francisco’s homeless crisis and the trade deal to replace NAFTA.

Pelosi earlier Thursday announced that the House would pursue articles of impeachment against Trump for allegedly abusing the powers of his office.

The president denies wrongdoing and put out a tweet Thursday in response to Pelosi’s comments ripping her and calling for a fast impeachment process.

Pelosi got into an earlier dust-up with Rosen at another briefing last month when he asked a question about the whistleblower on Trump’s call to the president of Ukraine, referring to him caustically as “Mr. Republican talking points.”

Meanwhile, the speaker also said that her “Aha!” moment on whether the House should launch impeachment proceedings came after the revelation that the whistlebower had reported Trump’s July 25 call to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

During the call, which Trump has repeatedly called “perfect,” the president asked Zelensky to launch probes into former veep Joe Biden and Ukraine’s supposed role in the 2016 election.

“I think the ‘Aha!’ moment for the country was the action taken by the president’s appointee, the inspector general of the Intelligence Community, who said that there was a credible report from a whistleblower of grave concern and that Congress should be aware of that,” she said.

“And that is the facts of the Ukraine situation, [it] just changed everything. And let me just say this, this isn’t we’re saying [only] Ukraine. This is about Russia, who benefited by our withholding of that military assistance. All roads lead to Putin, understand that,” Pelosi added, referring to President Vladimir Putin, whose military is backing separatists in the eastern part of the country.

[Yeah… sure it does, only it is democrats who have these connections, NOT President Trump, people who logically accept facts argue. Of course, if you live in a deluded, unsound imaginary world like many liberal democrats, such sound bites are perfect to use to further dupe ignorant voters.]
