At the same time the Uranium One investigation was being conveniently rat-holed to keep the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) from finding out about it, Hillary Clinton also apparently used her influence to decide the outcome of another pesky Department of Justice investigation. The case was snatched away from the Grand Jury and closed “on the eve” before it was to be submitted, True Pundit reports. “This time the stakes are much larger than a Uranium One scandal. That was millions. This is untold billions.”
At stake was “a rare robotic ship and submarine stealth painting technology that can help make the U.S. Navy’s fleet invisible on radar and sonar.” Whistle-blowing inventor Steve Morton exclaims, “these bastards took everything I had and our ships in the Navy still aren’t protected by this technology.” Meanwhile, our enemies are using it. “This is a national disgrace,” he added. Federal Bureau of Investigation insiders reportedly agree “it is another FBI cover-up.”
West wasn’t sure, he wrote to Rep. Darrell Issa, as chairman of the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, “why the Department of Justice would back off a case regarding the theft of US defense technology.”
The inventor of the sensitive technology in question, who isn’t making a dime from his invention, is convinced that, at James Comey’s “suggestion,” Robert Mueller and his “supervisor,” Eric Holder, allowed Morton’s technology “to be stolen by European companies partnered with Lockheed Martin.”
James Comey, Morton notes, “was the top lawyer for Lockheed.” Even the liberal “fact-checking” site Snopes confirms that the former FBI Director earned $6 million working for Clinton Foundation donor Lockheed Martin then.
Snopes reports, “Lockheed Martin is a Clinton Foundation donor. The company admitted to becoming a Clinton Global Initiative member in 2010. According to records, Lockheed Martin is also a member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Egypt, which paid Bill Clinton $250,000 to deliver a speech in 2010. In 2010, Lockheed Martin won 17 approvals for private contracts from the Hillary Clinton State Department.”
According to reports, Comey apparently gave his old friend Robert Mueller a jingle. At the time, Mueller was head of Obama’s FBI. “This was the original pay-to-play scheme and it involves Mueller, Holder, Comey, and Clinton,” Morton declares.
Morton was deeply involved in the investigation from the very beginning. He wore a wire during sensitive meetings and recorded all his phone calls with Italian shipbuilding giant, Fincantieri, over a span of nearly four years.
Morton’s tiny company, Florida based Vision East, designed and built robots to apply the special paint which absorbs both radar and sonar pings.
The FBI, Morton insists, “had all but proven” that Fincantieri “swiped” his “stealth painting technology as well as his company’s computer files.”
According to the inventor, “now my technology is being sold to the Chinese, Russians and all over the world to enemies of the United States.”
Morton has one really burning question.
“I wonder how much Hillary Clinton made on this because she was Secretary of State when the probe was shut down.”
Comey gave up his prestigious civil service job in 2005 “to become Lockheed Martin’s top lawyer until 2010, the exact time frame his client was under investigation along with its Italian shipbuilding partner,” True Pundit research reveals.
The news outlet also notes “high-ranking FBI sources” substantiate Morton’s claims that “Mueller had received pressure from Comey, Lockheed’s high-priced general counsel, to squash the case.”
“Suddenly,” going on four years worth of FBI investigation, wiretaps and documentary evidence “spiraled down the drain” as Mueller and Holder “shut the entire case down.”
Morton described how he gathered evidence that the two companies conspired together to “steal his technology and run him out of business.”
Comparing himself to David, going up against Goliath, he laments that he is in debt to his eyeballs just to pay his lawyers, while “Fincantieri rakes in $5 billion annually.”
Morton thought the FBI had the case totally in the bag and sewn up. Then James Comey came out of the shadows and allegedly played his inside influence card.
Morton wrote to his representative in Congress, Allen West, who started a probe of his own. He sent off a letter to Darrell Issa on the subject.
“I am writing to request the Committee… to contact the Department of Justice [regarding] status on the investigation concerning the theft of Vision East’s patented ship painting technology.”
The congressman notes Morton “contacted my office because a presume[d] cover-up involving the theft of this patent by the foreign defense contractor, Fincantieri.”
“Attached to this letter are several documents sent to me from Mr. Morton which provide more insight into the pertinent details of the case. It is my understanding the Federal Bureau of Investigation was investigating this case, (DOJ case number 288A-MM-109951) before Attorney General Eric Holder asked them to end the investigation. I am not sure why the Department of Justice would back off of a case regarding the theft of US defense technology.”
West ended the letter noting the seriousness of the charges. “As this is an issue dealing with the alleged theft of US defense technology, I would respectfully request any assistance that you can provide.”
Reports are hinting that the subsequent correspondence back and forth is about to trickle out to the public. The story was originally broken by True Pundit and they tantalizingly hint that it might be coming soon.
“The correspondences that ensued between the Congressman prompted Issa to jump on the case which set off a rash of FBI and DOJ lies that stretched from Florida to Washington, D.C. to Italy and beyond… But that is another part of the scandal for another day.”
