FBI Agents Want Congress To Issue Subpoena To Reveal Bureau’s Dirt

Agents says the bureau has been completely politicized, and they can only reveal the truth if they are subpoenaed.

FBI agents are willing to sound the alarm on the corruption festering at the bureau.

Many agents in the Federal Bureau of Investigation want Congress to subpoena them so they can reveal the “tool of Obama” the agency has become and the corruption that has been plaguing the bureau. In an exclusive to The Daily Caller, three active field agents and a former federal prosecutor desperately want to expose the unlawful acts under fired FBI Director James Comey.

On Tuesday, former federal prosecutor Joe DiGenova told TheDC that Comey and other members of the Obama administration weaponized the FBI and Department of Justice to harm President Donald Trump both before and after the election. He said several agents have told him they want to testify before Congress so they can reveal the truth.

“The administrations are so politicized that any time a Special Agent comes forward as a whistleblower, they can expect to be thrown under the bus by leadership. Go against the Muslim Brotherhood, you’re crushed. Go against the Clintons, you’re crushed. The FBI has long been politicized to the detriment of national security and law enforcement.”

The wave of agents seeking to expose the damage done by Obama allies comes on the heels of the looming report from the DOJ’s inspector general, which will reportedly detail abuses of power, unethical actions, and potentially illegal behaviors to help Hillary Clinton and harm Trump.

Speaking with three FBI agents independently, TheDC reports they would rather be subpoenaed than labeled as government whistleblowers, fearing being labeled as traitors rather than exposing wrongdoing.

One agent told TheDC that a subpoena is preferred “because when you are subpoenaed, Congress then pays…for your legal counsel and the subpoena protects [the agent] from any organizational retaliation…. they are on their own as whistleblowers, they get no legal protection and there will be organizational retaliation against them.”

The agents said things began to take a chilling turn in mid-2016, just a few months before the presidential election. They said Comey’s press conference in July 2016 felt like the lowest point of their career and sent shock waves throughout the bureau.

Comey admitted that Clinton sent and received classified information on her private, unsecured emailed server on numerous occasions. That’s a felony per count, and it perplexed agents why Comey admitted Clinton broke the law, yet said he didn’t feel as if criminal charges should be referred to the DOJ.He had to reopen the case because of pressure applied by the NYPD, who saw the sickening evidence on Weiner’s laptop.

Why admit she broke the law to then say she will get a pass? The agents said that message told all criminals that the FBI isn’t serious about upholding the rule of law and holding criminals accountable.

The agents also said fired Deputy Director Andrew McCabe and Comey should be prosecuted and sent to prison.

“Every special agent I have spoken to in the Washington Field Office wants to see McCabe prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. They feel the same way about Comey,” they said.

McCabe, the No. 2 at the bureau, was fired earlier this year after the IG’s office found that he lied to investigators four times about authorizing leaks to The Wall Street Journal in Oct. 2016.

He was leaking information to water down the severity of the criminal probe in Clinton, which was a clear attempt to mislead voters that she wasn’t in serious trouble for breaking the law.

When asked how this corruption can be exposed and morale can be restored with rank-and-file agents at the bureau, DiGenova said Congress can subpoena any agent willing to speak about the issues.

This would undoubtedly send shock waves throughout the deep state, and DiGenova said Congress can issue a subpoena in a “New York minute” to any agent who wants to speak out about the Obama-era corruption aimed at helping Clinton and harming Trump.
