Several days ago, two women were filmed having an epic freakout at a McDonald’s drive-thru in Indianapolis, Indiana. Apparently, they were upset that they did not get enough Chicken McNuggets so they jumped through the drive-thru window and attacked the manager inside.

At the start of the video, which was filmed by Monique McNeely, several people appear to be struggling inside of a McDonald’s. Moments later, a female customer can be seen being pushed out of the fast food restaurant through the drive-thru window. Indignant, the woman aggressively starts punching back at the person forcing her out.

After the woman strikes back several times, the video abruptly ends. Thankfully, McNeely, who is actually from Texas and was just visiting the city, quickly started recording another video.

At the start of the second video, the two belligerent customers, who are off camera, can be heard angrily screaming at the employees inside. “I will come back and air this b**** out!” shouted one of the outraged customers, referring to possibly coming back and shooting the place up with a gun, as she climbed back out of the drive-thru window with the passenger. “H** a** n*****!” she added before getting back in her car and driving away.

According to reports, two women were mad that they only received four Chicken McNuggets instead of ten. The manager insisted that the order was correct and showed them the receipt as proof. They then asked if they could place another order but were told that they’d have to go through the drive-thru again. Outraged, they got out of their car and climbed into the restaurant, which was when McNeely started filming.

Determined to help, McNeely provided the employees with a copy of the video. The employees then used the video to file a police report. “Two females, upset that they didn’t get their chicken mcnuggets [sic], climbed through the drive-thru window, damaging property and assaulting an employee,” they explained in the report.

Fortunately, it doesn’t appear like any of the employees were injured during the assault. They did, however, cause some damage to one of the registers and knocked over a jug of tea.

As of now, the local police are conducting an investigation to try and figure out the identities of the two assailants. If found, they could both be charged with “battery” and “vandalism.”

Following the shocking incident, McNeely provided reporters with additional information about the videos that she took and later uploaded online, where they subsequently went viral. “I had just placed my order and I was driving around the corner when I heard all this shouting. I saw two girls just dive through the drive-thru window. Then I started recording because I knew this was going to be an important video,” recalled McNeely.

“I knew that if I got it on video that I’d be able to help the individuals inside the McDonald’s,” she continued, adding, “I knew that I had to just keep on rolling and keep on shooting that video because it was going to help the individuals inside, especially that last bit of that video because that’s when I captured the license plate number.”

Unsurprisingly, the whole incident left her completely stunned. “It was shocking to see what was happening…they did it with such tenacity and force, so it really did scare me. I thought they were robbing at first, I thought they were robbing the McDonald’s there,” confessed McNeely, who remembered thinking, “’what happened? What did I just witness?”

She added, “I couldn’t even imagine being one of the workers and seeing somebody coming into that window like that. That would really freak me out.”

While speaking to reporters, McNeely also admitted that she was worried about being seen filming the belligerent customers. “I was worried that they were going to see me,” mentioned McNeely, noting, “if you see the video, you can see me trying to hide behind the wheel. There was a point where I knew they saw me, but then they just got back in their car and drove off.”

The type of behavior captured on video by McNeely, which is sadly not uncommon, must not be tolerated. Hopefully, the two suspects are ultimately tracked down and held accountable for their reprehensible actions.
