Devin Nunes Refers Blumenthal, Other Clinton Allies For Testimony On Dossier

Nunes referred 15 people connected to the Russia investigation for testimony in an "open setting."

Nunes is gunning for former Obama administration officials.

House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes referred 15 people connected to the Russia investigation on Thursday for testimony before congress in an “open setting,” according to the Washington Examiner. Many of those officials are connected to Hillary Clinton and the salacious dossier that was used to kick-off the phony Russia investigation.

In a letter to the House Oversight Committee, Nunes called on Sidney Blumenthal, Bruce Ohr, Nellie Ohr, Glenn Simpson, and many other Clinton cronies to answer questions in a public setting about their connection to the dossier. Nunes believes the dossier is key in exposing how Clinton and her allies in the government abused their power to lay the foundation for the Russia witch hunt against President Donald Trump.

In late 2015, Clinton’s campaign and the Democratic National Committee paid Fusion GPS — the firm run by Glenn Simpson — more than $9 million to fund former British spy Christopher Steele‘s operation to compile the anti-Trump dossier.

As more information surfaced about the dossier, Nunes’ committee discovered that top Department of Justice official Bruce Ohr failed to disclose that Fusion GPS was paying his wife, Nellie Ohr, and didn’t seek a conflict of interest waiver from the department.

Nellie was working for Fusion GPS around the same time period the firm was involved in paying Steele to compile his infamous dossier.

Serious questions are being raised about whether Fusion GPS and Nellie used Bruce’s senior status at the DOJ to elevate the anti-Trump dossier to trigger the Russia investigation.

As reported by Conservative Daily Post, after Clinton, the Ohrs, and other corrupt officials elevated the dossier to the highest levels of the government, the FBI used it to obtain an open-ended warrant from the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court to spy on the Trump administration.

This paved the way for Special Counsel Robert Mueller to take over the Russia investigation.

That’s called collusion, and it’s not a coincidence that so many top officials lied on numerous occasions about their connection to the dossier and Fusion GPS.

Democrats worked in unison to fund the dossier and then elevate it to their allies in the Obama administration to derail Trump’s presidency… and many people believe this took place under Obama’s approval.

Nunes is trying to keep public pressure on these officials and force them to appear before Congress. If an official pleads the fifth or refuses to take questions, that’s suspicious.

If an official does testify, perhaps they will reveal previously unknown information about the dossier and how Clinton and her allies weaponized political opposition research and used it to launch a federal investigation into Trump.

To date, not a shred of evidence has been produced showing that Trump broke a single law. Nunes is done playing games with Clinton and her cronies.
