This morning, 2020 hopeful Cory ‘Spartacus’ Booker appeared on Fox and Friends, and actually said that Joe Biden’s REAL extortion of the Ukrainian government to protect his son’s potentially CRIMINAL activity was like a “firecracker” compared to the IMAGINED statements of President Trump requesting an INVESTIGATION.
Seriously. Asking for an investigation into shady and illegal behavior is worse that actually conducting extortion? Some on.
And now, after the president called their bluff and plans to release the COMPLETE transcript of the phone call, democrats suddenly say that it can’t be trusted. In fact, they are arguing that someone who DID NOT even hear the call be believed over the White House AND the Ukrainian government.
This is truly unbelievable.
And, yesterday, Adam Schiff appeared on MSNBC with host Chris Hayes, and these men actually questioned the veracity of the entire administration.
….You will see it was a very friendly and totally appropriate call. No pressure and, unlike Joe Biden and his son, NO quid pro quo! This is nothing more than a continuation of the Greatest and most Destructive Witch Hunt of all time!

One social media tweet summed it up perfectly:
“We don’t care what Trump actually said during the call, let’s hear what someone who may not even have been present for the call has to say about it.”
Absolutely laughable. https://t.co/xPShdaaNOY

Fox News reported on the accusations that the President is already lying, before the transcript was even seen:
MSNBC host Chris Hayes isn’t sure Americans can trust the transcript of President Trump’s controversial call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, so he turned to Twitter to smear it in advance.
Trump announced on Tuesday that he would release the full transcript of the call, in which they reportedly discussed an investigation involving 2020 Democratic hopeful Joe Biden’s kin. But the liberal pundit pre-emptively raised doubts about the transcript’s veracity, because of how the president “pressures and manipulates” his staff.
“Given what we know about how Trump pressures and manipulates civil servants to toe his line, I’m not *quite* sure we can trust the transcript itself as being accurate/comprehensive,” Hayes tweeted on Tuesday.
NewsBusters managing editor Curtis Houck told Fox News he isn’t surprised that an anti-Trump cable news host would attempt to discredit the transcript in advance — just in case it turns out to help the president fend off a whistleblower’s allegations.
“One of the most time-honored traditions in the liberal media is the moving of the goalposts when their adversaries and/or enemies do the very thing they’ve been asking for. Now that the president is going to be releasing the ‘complete, fully declassified and unredacted transcript of his phone call, the stampede of excuses were petty and sad but, again, predictable,” Houck told Fox News.

Earlier on Tuesday Trump announced that a transcript of his July phone call would be made public on Wednesday.
“I am currently at the United Nations representing our Country, but have authorized the release tomorrow of the complete, fully declassified and unredacted transcript of my phone conversation with President Zelensky of Ukraine,” Trump wrote. “You will see it was a very friendly and totally appropriate call. No pressure and, unlike Joe Biden and his son, NO quid pro quo! This is nothing more than a continuation of the Greatest and most Destructive Witch Hunt of all time!”
Trump added: “The Democrats are so focused on hurting the Republican Party and the President that they are unable to get anything done because of it, including legislation on gun safety, lowering of prescription drug prices, infrastructure, etc. So bad for our Country!”
“No. I think, sadly…we cannot trust the administration with respect to anything that it produces. And so, there are a couple of issues here. There’s the issue of whether whatever transcript they provide is the only transcript of this conversation, whether there are other readouts of that conversation and whether they cherry-picked and picked the best readout of that conversation. But there are also issues about whether this is just one piece, for example, of what the whistleblower may be complaining of.”
He later added, “You don’t need an explicit quid pro quo. You don’t need an implicit quid pro quo. Ukraine understands how it is entirely dependent on the United States, how it is entirely dependent on the goodwill of the president of the United States for military support, for financial support, for support among the international community.
“And when the president of the United States tells that country, this is what I want you to do for me, much like James Comey said when the president said, I’d like you to see if you can make this Flynn matter go away, that foreign country understands that, not as a request, but as, this will be done or there are repercussions. He doesn’t have to make it explicit. It’s enough that he withheld this military support even as he is browbeating this president and his personal lawyer is browbeating Ukraine for help in their political campaign.”
This is an outrage, and many people are sitting back, knowing that the democrats are shooting themselves in the foot here… big time. Perhaps that’s what you get when you take advice from a woman who can’t even name the three branches of government?
