Although Adam Schiff has been caught lying more than once, and he was pictured with Glenn Simpson, the founder of Fusion GPS—the opposition research firm paid for by democrats to set up Donald Trump—he now suggests that he won’t accept the findings made by Robert Mueller’s Special Counsel hit squad.
On Sunday, Schiff implied that regardless of the actual proof, the House would have to do its ‘own investigation.’
CNN’s Dana Bash asked, “We expect at some point maybe soon, maybe not, the findings of the Mueller investigation to finally be completed. If he finds that there was no direct collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia, will you accept that?”
Schiff, “We’re going to have to do our own investigation, and we are. We’ll certainly be very interested to learn what Bob Mueller finds. We may have to fight to get that information. Bill Barr has not been willing to commit to provide that report either to the Congress or to the American people. We’re going to need to see it.
“The American people need to see it. We may also need to see the evidence behind that report. There may be, for example, evidence of collusion or conspiracy that is clear and convincing but not proof beyond a reasonable doubt.”
Maybe? Come on!
He added, “The American people are entitled to know if there is evidence of a conspiracy between either the president or the president’s campaign and a foreign adversary. At the end of the day, the most important thing for the American people to know is whether the president is somehow compromised, whether there’s a leverage the Russians could use over the president and if the Russians are in a position to expose wrongdoing by the president or his campaign. That’s compromising.”
Many people think it’s ‘compromising’ for a member of the intelligence committee to meet with and speak to the man who is embroiled in one of the biggest democrat scandals in history.
And, then keep it secret.
Schiff was vocal and persistent when attacking Devin Nunes for not having an ‘impartial’ view on the committee.
“I believe the public cannot have the necessary confidence that matters involving the president’s campaign or transition team can be objectively investigated or overseen by the chairman,” Schiff said at the time.
But Schiff has been guilty of the same thing.
“He never told the committee about his clandestine meeting with the man who was responsible for creating lies about President Trump, possibly orchestrating the Trump Tower meeting at the request of Hillary Clinton, and instigating the entire Russian collusion investigation.”
Adam Schiff’s double standards are legendary.
He met with Glenn Simpson, did not report it to the committee, and now says he may not accept the results of a witch hunt that was both orchestrated and set up by democrats in order to remove a sitting president.
Everyone knows that Mueller has nothing. All the destruction of evidence and illegal issuing of FISA warrants notwithstanding, there is no collusion—except on the part of the left, many people argue.
