Further proving she is mentally unstable and unfit for office, House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi is apparently confused as to who is the president of the United States.
While speaking to reporters on Thursday, Pelosi called President Donald Trump “President Bush” while trying to criticize Republicans for their plans to release the FISA abuse memo to the public.
After stuttering numerous times and appearing unable to make a coherent statement, Pelosi flubbed naming our current president while trying to claim Republicans are unfit for office.
“This is a cover-up by Republicans to protect President Bush,” Pelosi said before realizing what she said and then correcting herself.
Her embarrassing gaffe can be attributed to the entire Democratic Party hyperventilating over the House Intelligence Committee memo that allegedly details how top officials at the Justice Department and FBI abused their power to trigger the Russia investigation.
Pelosi is likely aware that the memo will detail how former President Barack Obama’s administration weaponized the FBI and DOJ to use the Trump-Russia dossier from the left-wing Fusion GPS firm to trigger the Russia probe.
Fusion GPS hired former British intelligence spy Christopher Steele compiled the dossier, and his efforts were given nearly $10 million from both former Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton’s 2016 campaign and the Democratic National Committee.
Numerous GOP lawmakers contend the memo, which has been viewed by President Donald Trump and approved for release, details how Obama’s FBI and DOJ then used the Clinton funded dossier to obtain a warrant from the secret Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court to spy on Trump’s 2016 campaign.
Pelosi is terrified that this information will be made available to the public, and it has clouded her mind so badly that she forgot who the president is.
She can be sure of two things: Trump is our president, and that memo is going to be released.
