Weiner Laptop Demanded

Conservative Advocates Sue DOJ For Weiner’s Laptop Contents

Judicial Watch ramped up their efforts to obtain evidence believed to tie Hillary Clinton to a lot nastier things on Weiner’s laptop than classified emails.

Officially, FBI Director James Comey was totally out of the loop for an entire month. IG Horowitz disagrees.

“The same FBI that provided cover for Hillary Clinton was going full bore against then-candidate Trump,” Tom Fitton declared on Tuesday. “This lawsuit aims to uncover the full truth about that corruption.” Others suggest that the evidence will uncover the cover up of Clinton ‘evil.’

Right-leaning watchdogs at Judicial Watch just filed a fresh lawsuit in their ongoing war with the Department of Justice. Twice now, they asked nicely through Freedom of Information Act requests for all of the messages on Anthony Weiner’s laptop. Yet, the DOJ hasn’t produced the records or even bothered to respond to their follow-up appeal.

“The Anthony Weiner laptop – Clinton email cover-up by the Obama DOJ and FBI is central to uncovering the corrupt politicization of those agencies,” a formal statement by the group’s President on their website asserts. The dirt believed to be on that hard drive is potentially explosive.

In October, 2016, Washington Post revealed that “the FBI obtained a warrant to search the emails found on a computer used by Weiner that may contain evidence relevant to the investigation into former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s private email server,” the Judicial Watch statement notes.

That prompted the group to file a FOIA request on December 12, 2016, “seeking all emails seized pursuant to the search warrant.” The Federal Bureau of Investigation simply denied the request. Judicial Watch filed a routine appeal. So far, “the FBI has not acted on the appeal.”

They filed a second request September 29, 2017, “to which the FBI has not responded.” Between the two requests, they want “all records regarding the search” of the laptop and “all records retrieved” from the device.

Most importantly, the group seeks “all records of communications, emails, text messages and instant chats, sent to or from FBI officials relating to Hillary Clinton’s knowledge or possible knowledge of illicit activities involving former Congressman Anthony Weiner.”

Currently serving a 21-month prison sentence for sending photos of his sausage to at least one 15-year-old girl, he used to be married to the “most intimate” Clinton adviser, Huma Abedin. The Hill reports Abedin is allegedly a “Muslim Brotherhood princess, born into an illustrious family of Brotherhood leaders.”

The New York Police Department got the first warrant, spelling out “that they were going to toss the whole thing to see what fell out.” The warrant the FBI got was much more limited.

An NYPD source described as “very well-placed” reported finding over 650,000 State Department emails. Mixed in with them, police uncovered “many personal messages” indicating “really damning criminal information.”

Several purportedly show that “Hillary occasionally went with Bill to the ‘sex island’ owned by ‘convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.’ Messages are said to prove ‘Bill Clinton went there more than 20 times’ and Hillary ‘at least six,’” Conservative Daily Post reported.

When the FBI got a call from the New York Police Department about the “sickening” things they discovered, the FBI rushed in to firmly take charge, only moving so fast because the police were all set to hold a press conference.

“What’s in the emails is staggering and as a father, it turned my stomach,” the NYPD Chief reportedly said. “I will personally hold my own press conference if it comes to that.”

Leaked text messages exchanged by Peter Strzok and Lisa Page, prove that the FBI was fully aware on September 28, 2016, that evidence damaging to Clinton had been found on the laptop.

“Got called up to Andy’s earlier…hundreds of thousands of emails turned over by Weiner’s atty to sdny, includes a ton of material from spouse. Sending team up tomorrow to review…this will never end…,” FBI Special Agent Strzok texted to Justice Department lawyer Page. Andy would be Andrew McCabe, then Deputy Director of the FBI.

“Turned over to them why?” Page typed back. “Apparently one of his recent texting partners may not have been 18…don’t have the details yet,” Strzok responded.

That was old news to Page, she clarified that the young woman “was 15.” That indicates she was more curious as to “why” Weiner’s lawyer spilled the beans than what the crime was.

Officially, FBI Director James Comey was totally out of the loop for an entire month. His second in command, McCabe was aware of the crisis and it was being handled by Bill Priestap and Peter Strzok but Comey allegedly knew nothing at all about it.

Inspector General Michael Horowitz found otherwise on page 294 of his report. Comey took notes on October 4, that show “Hillary Clinton & Foundation” on its own line, followed by the unmistakable “Crime Against Children.” Plural.

According to page 276 of the IG report, somebody gave instructions crippling the scope of what investigators could look at.

“AUSA 1 advised that the case agent should review ‘only evidence of crimes related to the sexual exploitation of children, enticement, and obscenity’ and instructed the case agent ‘that all emails and other communications between Anthony Weiner and Huma Abedin (even if there are other parties to the communication) should be sequestered and not reviewed at this time.’”

Comey officially learned of the Clinton emails on Weiner’s laptop on October 25, or 26, according to records.

Testimony released from Robert Mueller’s Special Counsel investigation of an interview with Comey’s Chief of Staff James Rybicki indicates “McCabe’s office did not notify him until the night of October 26, 2016, of the need to brief Comey on ‘something related to mid-year exam,’” which is what they called the email server probe.

Judicial Watch relates that a reporter for RealClear Investigations wrote “only 3,077 of the 694,000 emails [found on the Weiner laptop] were directly reviewed for classified or incriminating information. Three FBI officials completed that work in a single 12-hour spurt the day before Comey again cleared Clinton of criminal charges.”

Erik Prince has a simple solution to settle the matter once and for all. “This kind of evil, this kind of true dirt on Hillary Clinton – look, you don’t have to make any judgments. Just release the emails,” Prince suggests. “Just dump them. Let them out there. Let people see the light of truth.”
