Comedian Jimmy Kimmel Apologizes For Joke To Sean Hannity, Silent On Melania Trump Rant

He wrote a long apology to Hannity.

Kimmel (pictured) made a joke about Hannity that offended certain snowflakes.

The mainstream media and the liberal personalities that lead the entertainment field (since conservatives are all but barred) are a strange lot. They want apologies given whenever anyone utters even the least offensive of statements, yet they long for the right to say scathing things and never have to retract them, as the Daily Caller showed today.

Jimmy Kimmel recently made a few a distasteful jokes about Fox News host, Sean Hannity, and he mocked First Lady Melania Trump’s accent. Now, when it comes to free speech and jokes, Kimmel is free to say whatever he pleases. Or is he? After all, it is those of his ilk who attack comedians for such things, so when he apologized to Hannity but not Mrs. Trump, his “guilt” remained. If a conservative made a joke about someone’s accent, they would surely be labeled racist of phobic.

The joke made by Kimmel implied that the Fox Host loved more about President Donald Trump than his politics. While no one wants to live in a PC world where such humor is banished, the left has made it so that if Hannity had made the joke, boycotts would be called for. Therefore, it is only fair that Kimmel reaps a bit of what he helped to sow.

Kimmel admitted that the “vitriol” on both sides helps nobody, and he did take back what he said about Hannity. On Twitter, the liberal pandered to the “gay community” who he may have offended by joking about a protected class in snowflake America. That could end his career if he isn’t forgiven.

The libs actually called the Hannity poke “homophobic,” proving that any humor can now be turned into a social justice issue. This is a problem with the left, not the right.

After groveling, Kimmel then took a jab at the Fox Host and typed, “I am hopeful that Sean Hannity will learn from this too and continue his newly-found advocacy for women, immigrants, and First Ladies and that he will triumph in his heroic battle against sexual harassment and perversion.

Hannity, for his part, accused Kimmel on the “Man Show” of mocking the accent of Mrs. Trump.

What all of this shows America is that crass humor, stabs, jabs, and dirty jokes are a thing of the past.

Even black legends like Richard Prior or Red Foxx would be run out of town with Eddie Murphey if they debuted today.

Therefore, since Kimmel and his fellow liberals created this environment, let them deal with it and stew in it. After all, unlike the legends listed above, there is enough malice in the jokes that the left tells that the humor has been lost anyhow.
