For the most part, the Clinton family has been unusually quiet recently. Their perfect little world is crumbling around them. The Foundation is going down in flames without anyone in an influential political position and people have all but stopped predicting another run at office for Hillary. Even Chelsea’s husband, Marc Mezvinsky, is having financial trouble and is probably shutting down his hedge fund.
If all was right in the world, they would stay gone. But somehow they just never learn. Yesterday Hillary took to Twitter to gloat over the 9th Court’s decision to rule against President Trump’s ban.

She probably wasn’t expecting the instant and intense backlash. People, including Kellyanne Conway, unleashed a fury of responses, reminding her that she didn’t exactly have a winning record to boast about.
.@HillaryClinton You're 0-2 in presidential runs. ??

The whole exchange had a school yard feel about it. The bully Hillary making fun of someone, the kids all being sick of it and ganging up on her, it is really better for everyone if she just stays silent.
Everyone knows how the Clintons feel about fake news. Ignoring the fact that she was at the center of a good portion of it, Hillary spoke out against the so called fake news “epidemic.”
At a retirement ceremony for Harry Reid she took the chance to address the problem as she saw it; Clinton said the spread of fake news, which has “flooded social media over the past year,” is a trend that “can have real world consequences. This is not about politics or partisanship. Lives are at risk, lives of ordinary people just trying to go about their days to do their jobs, contribute to their communities. It is a danger that must be addressed and addressed quickly.”
Hillary should have skipped the lecture to the public and talked to her family directly. They seem to have not gotten the memo. This week Chelsea utilized Twitter to the best of her ability, to spread some fake news.
First she took on climate change, apparently attempting a jab at President Trump in the process. She wasn’t very successful with either.
The Tweet has since been removed but it was a story about how climate data from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration is “disappearing” from its website.
When confronted with the accusation that it was fake by Chuck Ross of the Daily Caller, she states, “Thankfully, the other WAS mistaken & I corrected once I realized it.”
Yes, the other. You see Chelsea tweeted another fake news story that she still hasn’t admitted is fake. The “story”, designed to elicit outrage from her liberal followers, discussed a new law in Arkansas that would, according to Clinton’s retweet, allow rapists to sue victims who get an abortion.
Sadly, the Arkansas law is all too real. Thankfully, the other WAS mistaken & I corrected once I realized it.

Sane, rational people might have taken the time to check out the validity of this before broadcasting it and ultimately looking ignorant. Fortunately, for the sake of keeping the rest of us amused, Chelsea is neither sane nor rational. After all, she was raised by Bill and Hillary.
The retweeted story came from the Independent and said that Arkansas “passed a law that will let rapists sue victims who want an abortion.”
The validity of this story was immediately called into question, not just by Ross but also by the fact-checking website Snopes. While we don’t always agree with them, this time they have their facts thoroughly checked.
The law that the Independent and Chelsea completely blundered actually “expressly prohibits damages from being awarded when a terminated pregnancy began from a criminal act.” In terms that Chelsea may understand, rape victims in Arkansas cannot be sued for getting an abortion.
Snopes reports that the law, titled the Arkansas Unborn Child Protection From Dismemberment Abortion, “bans abortions through the dismemberment of the fetus by making this procedure a felony.” JR Davis, spokesman for Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson, pointed to the following passage in the law: “Civil damages shall not be awarded to a plaintiff if the pregnancy resulted from the criminal conduct of the plaintiff.”
“Thus, a rapist cannot sue his victim and reap any benefits from doing so,” Snopes continued, “Furthermore, the law excludes a woman ‘who receives or attempts to receive a dismemberment abortion’ from civil liability.”
The law does allow spouses, parents, and legal guardians to sue physicians who perform the procedure.
So, being presented with the truth, Chelsea apologized for the mistake and admitted she was wrong, right? If you said yes, you obviously are not paying attention to Clinton operating procedures.
Even given the truth by two different sources, she will not relent. Maybe being wrong two times in one week is just too much for the youngest member of the dishonest clan.
Scanning the rest of her Twitter feed does not impart much hope that she has learned any lessons;
This just can't be true….can it? https://t.co/by5MKLRWSw

There isn’t much hope for any of the family to suddenly begin telling the truth. Honestly, the best we can hope for is silence. Given their history, that is highly unlikely as well.
