If you thought that the liberal mainstream media treated Trump unfairly, it was recently discovered that things have been worse than you could ever imagine. Believe it or not, 91 percent of the coverage during the evening news offered by CBS, NBC and ABC was negative over the months of September, October and November.
Basically, Trump had almost 100 percent of negative coverage. This way, if a liberal believes that the claim that media treat him in the worst way possible is a radical stance, the truth is that the only radical element in the equation is the reality.
According to a study made by the Media Research Center, there were just 31 pro-Trump statements on the Big Three in September, vs 359 negative. The next month, the number of positive statements grew to 41 while the negative statements about president Trump swelled to 435.
Apparently, there was somewhat less coverage of Trump in November, as political reporters raced to cover the allegations against Alabama GOP Senate Candidate Roy Moore. Nevertheless, the ratio remained essentially unchanged. This way, this month had 320 negative statements vs only 33 positive statements.
The Media Research Center assured that adding it all up, results revealed that the coverage of President Trump has been 91 percent negative during the last three months. Naturally, we’re talking about an incredible situation that officially confirms the claims that the liberal mainstream treats him unfairly. In fact, many believe this number could be even higher if the study had taken into consideration the coverage of CNN and MSNBC.
According to this organization, they also conducted a similar study of news in June, July and August. Apparently, they found an identical rate of 91 percent negative, meaning that TV news is unchanged in its hostility towards the Republican.
As everyone knows, the relationship between Donald Trump and the media has been disastrous since the beginning. While the press embraced him during the campaign, things have gotten worse in the last few weeks.
Naturally, the initial embrace Trump received was mainly for ratings, and to detract from other more viable candidates. Basically, Donald Trump represented a good business for the mainstream media.
After all, they could get a lot of audience and they could additionally help who they considered the weakest candidate of the Republicans to fight against Hillary Clinton. Naturally, they got it extremely wrong and Trump eventually won what many considered the most incredible U.S. presidential election in the history. Since that moment, the mainstream media basically declared war on Trump.
On Monday, CNN’s Jim Acosta posted on Twitter that journalists need to “resist” when they are attacked. Additionally, he had a combative exchange with White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders, who opened the daily briefing by commenting on the fake news that a Washington Post reporter posted.
Regarding this action, Sanders said this was nothing more than a person trying to put “their bias into their reporting” and something that has gotten out of control. In addition, the White House Press Secretary told reporters everyone has seen that same action time and time again over the last couple of weeks.
Naturally, Acosta responded to Sanders. He said that every single journalist make honest mistakes and that reality doesn’t make them fake news. After that, America saw one of the tensest moments anyone could remember in a White House press briefing.
Far from backing down, Sanders attacked Acosta by using the facts. She told him that Trump was just calling out a direct and false accusation that was lodged against him. In addition, she said that a number of media outlets have had to retract and change, and even write and make editor’s notes to a number of different articles. Also, she pointed out some of them had major impacts, including moving markets. Finally, she told Acosta that was a big problem and everyone should take it seriously.

Regarding this situation, CNN’s Chris Cillizza said that Sanders’ condemnation of the media made him “angry” since he assured it was quite “disheartening.” Naturally, this is the same stance that many in the mainstream media are taking, playing the victim card in order to get attention and make the presidency look quite unfair.
Lamentably, is extremely clear that news agencies that hate Trump will go to any length just to damage his administration in any way possible. Basically, the media is so blinded with rage that most of them have run with stories without even checking to see if they’re true.
The worst detail about this concerning situation is that things won’t get better.
