Boom! Virginia Voters Overwhelmingly Reject Removal Of Confederate Monuments

Hmmm… it seems the people don’t want history destroyed or removed.

Three counties in Virginia overwhelmingly rejected the push to remove and destroy historical monuments.

Citizen Free Press reported:

Mathews County voters rejected a proposal to relocate the Soldiers & Sailors Monument by 3,778 to 939. In Middlesex County, the vote against moving its Civil War Monument was 3,229 to 1,076.

Nottoway County voted No by 68-32%.

Exit polls showed 53% of all Virginians want Confederate monuments left in place.
