It appears the New Orleans district attorney’s office has been engaged in some unethical, maybe even illegal, behavior by sending out fake “subpoenas.” Subpoenas of which were not endorsed, ordered or signed by a judge. The documents were sent out to uncooperative witnesses in order to coerce them into cooperating with the district attorney’s office.
