It was only last April that the Conservative Daily Post published some articles about how Judge Andrew Napolitano got into quite a bit of trouble with Fox News and was briefly ousted from his chair. This was all due to spying revelations that have since been confirmed. The facts seem to have allowed the whole affair to be water under the bridge for both “America’s Judge” and the network.
With a batting average as high as Napolitano’s is, the fact that he believes that the data from Anthony Weiner’s email scandal is going to earn Hillary Clinton an indictment is something that is making a lot of ears perk up. Prison Planet reports that a “trove of State Department emails sent from Huma Abedin to a personal laptop may lead” to just such an outcome, according to the judge’s words on the Fox Business Network. This is a very bold prediction in every way and Napolitano does not back down from what it means in any way.
This discussion came to be because Judicial Watch released a report on Wednesday which exposed that “the FBI found 2,800 official State Dept. emails on a laptop used by Abedin’s husband,” the disgraced Mr. Weiner. He is a man serving a long 21-month sentence for purposefully sexting a 15-year-old girl.
“The significance is an FBI acknowledgement that Huma Abedin, Mrs. Anthony Weiner, when she had a top security clearance as the number two assistant to Hillary Clinton when Hillary was secretary of state, regularly sent copies of sensitive material to her own laptop so she could look at it at night, either knowing, or forgetting that her husband had access to it as well,” Napolitano explains. Anthony Weiner at no point had the clearances required for this to be legal.
The Fox host also thinks that the White House “should pick up the phone and call General Kelly and say, ‘I want you to call Jeff Sessions and Rod Rosenstein’ – Rosenstein’s the number two person in the Justice Department – ‘tell them to reopen this case and go wherever the evidence takes them. I’m not saying she should be indicted. Go where the evidence takes them.”
Napolitano was very clear when he added, “The evidence will take them to an indictment.” There exists no ambiguity in that statement.
The judge observes also that under such a scenario, Abedin would have to testify against Clinton.
“That’s the way the Justice Department works. They are not bound by the ill-advised, politically motivated decision that James Comey made in July of 2016 not to seek her indictment,” he said.
While the hard left refuses to admit that Hillary Clinton was a terrible choice to run for office due to her never-ending corruption, the facts are seeming to show that she has not escaped justice as many had feared.
Rather, it may just be getting started for her.
