Judge reverses decision and will put the Muslim terrorist group back on trial.

A federal judge in Chicago reinstated a lawsuit on Thursday contending that a violent anti-Israel group and many of its shady activists are “alter egos and/or successors” of a U.S.-based Hamas-supporting terrorist group found liable for the murder of an American teen in 1996.

The ruling against the American Muslims for Palestine – a Muslim Brotherhood offshoot – who routinely sponsor groups for radical Islamic terrorists and bash Israel for its Western values, comes after the lawsuit was previously stalled while former President Barack Obama was in office.

Court documents reveal that a top member with AMP declared that the group’s goal is to “to challenge the legitimacy of the State of Israel.”

AMP is also a top sponsor of the leftist group Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions, a group determined to destroy the Jewish state.

In her ruling, U.S. District Court Judge Sharon Johnson Coleman vacated her previous dismissal of the case and authorized limited discovery in the case amid new credible evidence of terrorist activity.

Hamas has made it clear it wants to destroy Israel and the U.S.

“[T]his Court placed too much weight to defendants’ declarations without providing plaintiffs with the opportunity to conduct limited jurisdictional discovery on the existence of an alter ego relationship. Accordingly, this Court will vacate its previous order dismissing the case,” Coleman said.

She added: “And permit plaintiffs to conduct discovery solely to address jurisdiction.”

The case moving forward is a huge victory for the family of 17-year-old David Boim, who was killed in May 1996 while in Israel by Hamas terrorists.

The historic judgment also awarded Boim’s parents with $156 million in damages against the Islamic Association for Palestine, the group connected to Hamas.

The groups also work in unison with the “Palestine Committee,” another offshoot created by the Muslim Brotherhood to advance Hamas’ radical Islamic agenda worldwide, particularly in the U.S.

While the previous administration appeased these radical jihadists, we should be very thankful that President Donald Trump has worked toward defeating these terrorists and preventing as many from infiltrating our nation.
