With several investigations into former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s “pay-to-play” apparatus and email scandal, newly released emails show she perjured herself on numerous occasions.
On Friday, government watchdog Judicial Watch released 78 pages of new emails from Clinton – where three contained classified information.
Several other emails also revealed that Clinton was well-aware of the security risks with her private email server, yet she completely ignored them as she wasn’t concerned with protecting our nation.
The emails were handed over sooner than expected as U.S. District Court Judge James Boasberg ruled to greatly accelerate the schedule to release all of Clinton’s 72,000 remaining emails to the public.
Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said these emails once again prove that Clinton should be charged for her crimes, saying that she tried to delete or hide these emails years ago.
“The fact that Hillary Clinton and her agents tried to destroy or hide emails shows how she flagrantly and knowingly violated the laws that protect classified information and government records,” Fitton said. “And these new emails refute Hillary Clinton’s repeated claims of having little or no knowledge about her email system. She clearly was fully in charge of setting up her outlaw email system and overseeing its use.”
In one email on June 6, 2011, Clinton aid Justin Cooper – who did not have security clearance – warned State Department IT aide Bryan Pagliano that Clinton’s private email server posed “overseas” security issues with her personal iPad and BlackBerry devices.
So an aid without any security clearance used Clinton’s unsecured server to send an email to Pagliano to warn him about the security vulnerabilities with the system.
“All of your older messages will remain on the server. There is a way for me to move everything onto the new device, but the security whizzes have convinced me that this is a horrible thing to do because you also transfer any viruses, spyware and junk overseas providers hide on there,” Cooper wrote in the email.
The email continued: “We also have some new security features and policies [sic] that I would like to add to any new berry you have –the most noticeable difference will require a more complex password. It is a constant fight to keep up with the security measures and unfortunately we keep seeing reminders of why we need to.”
Clinton testified under oath several times and told the FBI in private interviews that she was never involved in issues involving the “email system,” but these new emails reveal that she was well-aware and was actively working to backup her emails on her iPad and Blackberry.
It’s more than obvious Clinton broke the law on dozens of occasions and is guilty of criminal negligence.
Many would agree she deserves to go to prison for her actions.
